Product Usage Instructions

1. Connect the wireless charger to a USB power adapter (see charging chapter for compatible devices).
2. Place your phone on the charger. Note: The receiving area on your device may vary depending on device and manufacturer.
3. When charging is complete, remove your device.

Note: The magnet on the charger will not function properly if it is used with an incompatible case or device. The magnet is optimized for Apple’s magnet solution.

LED Status:
The LED on the charger serves as a status indicator.

Light Button:

The light button can be used to change the brightness of the ambient light. Press the button to cycle through different brightness levels: low light, medium light, full light, and light off.

Safety instructions

1. Keep the wireless charger away and protected from water and other liquids.
2. To clean the charger use a dry cloth and make sure it is not connected to a power supply.
3. The ambient temperature should be -20°C to +45°C. The following situations can cause failures like: high temperature/no or slow charging:
4. The connected adapter or USB port does not have enough power output.
5. The charging cable it is not compatible with the power adapter’s output.
6. When using a case, your device’s case can be too thick, recommended case thickness is 2-3 mm.
7. There is a metal or a magnet on the back of your phone or your phone’s case.
8. The phone is not placed at the center of the wireless charger.
9. Your phone does not support Qi wireless charging.

Usage

1. Connect the wireless charger to a USB power adapter (see charging chapter for compatible devices).
2. Place your phone on the charger.

Note : The receiving area on your device may vary depending on device and manufacturer. When the charging is completed, remove your device.

Compatible devices

The magnet on the charger will not function properly if it is used with an incompatible case or device. The magnet is optimized for Apple’s magnet solution.

Charging

1. To charge phones with 7.5 W / 10 W / 15 W or to charge watches/wireless earbuds, you need a “Quick Charge” or “Power Delivery” USB power adapter with 5 V / 3 A or 9 V / 2 A. (18 W), and a compatible device.
2. iPhone series will charge up to 7.5 W with a power adapter of 18 W or higher.
3. Other devices will charge with 5/7.5/10 W depending on the power adapter and device.
4. Additionally, if you want to charge more then 1 device at the same time, the USB power adapter must also support 9/12 V, 2/1.5 A. Compatibility with wireless charging and a USB power adapter is required.
5. Watches will charge with 2.5 W. Wireless earbuds will charge with 3 W. Please note that the charge pad for watches is optimized for Apple Watch and it is not compatible with all smart watches.

LED status

This LED status is regarding the LED status indicator (6).

• No light: waiting mode, not charging but connected, or the wireless charger is disconnected.
• Blue light (1 second): Connect to a USB power adapter.
• Blue light: Charging your device or fully charged.
• Blue flashing light: Foreign object detection or other error. Try removing the object, clean the surface or unplug and reconnect the charger.
  • Left LED is lit blue = watch charging pad.
  • The middle LED is lit blue = Phone charging pad.
  • Right, LED is lit blue = ear bud charging pad.

Light button

Touch the button to change the brightness.

• Order: low light > medium light > full light > light off.
