How To Use

  1. When you open the charging case and take out the earbuds, the earbuds will turn on and pair automatically. When one of the earbud stops flashing that means pairing is successful.
  2. The earbuds will power off if they don’t connect to any device within 3 minutes. If turned off, to turn the earbuds on again, put the earbuds back into the charging case and take them out again.
  3. To pair your earbuds, turn on the Bluetooth on your device and choose “ROTARY PHONE TWS” on the list to connect. When the LED light turns off, they are paired successfully and you will hear a beep tone.
  4. To answer a call, short press the earbud multi-function button once. To reject a call, long press the the earbud multi-function button for two seconds.
  5. Short press the earbud multi-function button to stop music playing. Press it again to resume play. Double press the left earbud to play the previous song and double press the right earbud to play the next song. Triple press the left earbud to decrease volume and triple press the right earbud to increase volume.
  6. Long press the earbud multi-function button 5s until the white light flashes, the Bluetooth device will turn off. The earbuds turn off automatically when the earbuds are away from the Bluetooth device for a duration of over 3 minutes. To turn on the earbuds, press the earbud multi-function button 5s until the white light flashes.

How to charge

  1. Charging your case:
    Plug in the charging case using the USB Type-C cable included.
    (The four battery indicator lights display the charging capacity from 25%, 50%, 75% to 100% of the battery.
    While the case battery is charging, the corresponding battery indicator light of the charging case will flash.
    When the charging case is fully charged, the four white indicator lights will remain lit.

  2. Charging your earbuds:
    Place the earbuds inside the charging case. The earbuds will automatically start charging once placed in the charging case.
    A solid white light on the earbuds will indicate that the earbuds are charging. Once fully charged, the white indicator lights will turn off.

  3. The earbuds and charging case can be charged simultaneously, but if the charging case has no battery, the earbuds will not be able to charge. The charging case requires at least a certain amount of battery to charge the earbuds. If you have not used your earbuds for more than 3 months, you need to charge them before using them.

FAQ:

  1. Why can’t I start my TWS earbuds? Answer: Please ensure that the earbuds are fully charged for your first use.
  2. Why won’t sound come out of the earbuds? Answer: Check whether the playback device and the TWS earbuds are successfully established. If the audio device is not properly connected, please reconnect. Please also adjust your mobile phone or volume to a suitable volume level..
  3. Why can’t I find this earbuds in my Bluetooth options? Answer: Make sure the Bluetooth” is in “visible mode”. If no pairing occurs, the Bluetooth function will automatically shut off. Please reopen Bluetooth to “visible mode”. If there is a program error, please reboot your phone, and if program error is caused by your TWS earbuds, please restart the earbuds.
