Product Usage Instructions
How to Use:
Gently pull the cap onto your head and keep it in place for approximately
15-20 minutes.
Warnings:
- Do not use if there are visible ice crystals or gel on the inner lining.
- If this cap causes discomfort, remove it immediately.
- Avoid frostbite or scald by never applying cold or hot therapy for more than 30 minutes at a time.
- For external use only. Do not apply to areas with poor blood circulation or any wounds.
- Repeated heating will make the gel drier and shorten the lifetime.

2 WAYS TO USE
Gently pull the cap onto your head and keep in place for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Cold Therapy
- Freeze the cap in a storage bag in a fridge for about 2 hours.
- If colder temperature needed, frozen it longer with lower temperature.
- Do not freeze it with a temperature less than -25°C.
Hot Therapy
- Microwave (Power Level: LOW) for 20s and add in 10s increments to get your desired temperature.
- Remove the headache relief cap from any plastic bags, and make sure it is not cold and has reached room temperature.
- It can reach 45° when heating in a microwave with power 750W for 2 minutes, and do not heat for more than 3 minutes.
- Leave the cap cooling down if it’s too hot to avoid skin burn.

CARE INSTRUCTION
- Use damp cloth to wipe down, lay flat and air dry.
- Do not wash, including machine and hand wash.
- Do not bleach, dry clean or iron. Do not put it in hot water or the dryer.
- When not in use, please store it in the plastic protective bag at room temperature. If the cap gets damp, have them drying before storage or re-use.
- Do not use alcohol spray to disinfect. The product uses LYCRA fabric with DUPONT Silver Ion that can be antimicrobial and deodorant. Spraying with alcohol will cause the gel to delaminate.
