Product Usage Instructions

Assembling for First-Time Use

1. Step 1: Attach the brush Attach the brush (A) to the extendable pole (B) and twist to tighten. Do not over-tighten.
2. Step 2: Connect the long black tube to the on/off valve Connect the long black tube (D) to the open end of the on/off valve (F). Ensure that the on/off valve is in the off/closed position, perpendicular to the tubing.
3. Step 3: Connect the tube to the SolarWater capsule Connect the long black tube to the end of the capsule (C) that is closest to the blue ring. Connect the 5 ft short hose (E) to the other end of the capsule.
4. Step 4: Attach to the main water line Connect the 5 ft short hose directly to your home’s spigot or attach to your hose if more length is needed. Use the quick connector (G) if necessary. You are now ready to operate your SolaReef cleaning system!

Usage instructions

Step 1

• Check to make sure the on/off valve (F) is in the off/closed position. Turn on the main water source.

Step 2

• Find a comfortable and safe position either below or above your panels.
• Use the extendable pole’s blue release clips to release sections of the pole until you reach the desired length.
• It is recommended to extend the pole to your desired length before allowing water to pass through.

Step 3

• Turn the on/off valve to allow water to pass through the brush. Control water pressure using the on/off valve.

Step 4

• For best results, pass the brush over the panels in a smooth up-and-down motion, moving from one side of your panel to the other.
