Safety Precautions

    This phone is not waterproof, please keep it dry.

    • When you order a mobile phone service, you will receive a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card with your order details, such as a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and optional services. Charging

Charging the battery

  • You must charge the battery before using it for the first time. You can use the provided travel charger or connect your phone to your computer via a computer cable to charge your phone.
  • When the battery is low, the phone will sound a warning tone and display a low battery message. If the battery is too low, the phone will automatically shut down.

You need to charge the battery before you can continue using your phone.

Charging with a travel charger

  • Plug the small end plug of the travel charger into the multi-function jack. Improper connection of the travel charger may result in serious damage to the mobile phone and will not be warranted for any damage caused by mishandling.
  1. Plug the big end plug of the travel charger into the power outlet.
    • You can use your phone while charging, but this will extend the battery charging time;

  2. When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the travel charger from the phone and unplug it from the power outlet.

Charging with computer data cable
Make sure your computer is turned on before charging.

  1. Plug one end of the computer data cable (micro USB) into the multi-function jack.
  2. Connect the other end of the computer data cable to the computer’s USB port. Depending on the type of computer data cable used, it may take a while to start charging.
  3. When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the computer data cable from the phone and unplug it from the computer.

Format SD card storage

  • In the main menu, select Settings – Storage → Store Information → Format SD Storage.
  • Before formatting the SD card storage, remember to back up all the important data stored on your phone. The manufacturer warranty service does not include data loss due to user actions.

Power on and off 3

  • To boot, press and hold [Power On/Off] the phone will turn on.

Learn the basics of using a touch screen:

Thefollowing operations can be performed to control the touch screen:

  • Click: Click once with your finger to select or launch a menu, option, or application.
  • Click and hold: hold down the item for more than 2 seconds to pop up a list of options.
  • Scroll: Click and drag your finger up, down, left or right to move to the items in the list.
  • Drag and drop: Click and hold an item with your finger, then drag your finger to move the item.
  • Double-click: When viewing a photo, tap twice with your finger to zoom in or out.
  • If the phone is not used for the specified length of time, the phone will turn off the touch screen. To turn the touch screen back on, press [Power On/Off).
  • The backlight time can also be adjusted. In standby mode, then select Settings – Display → Sleep → Sleep time
  • Lock or unlock the touch screen and buttons.
  • The touch screen and buttons can be locked to prevent any accidental phone operation.
  • To lock, press [Switch button]. To unlock, press [Power On/Off] and follow the on-screen prompts to manually unlock.

Select wallpaper source

You can set the wallpaper to customize the standby screen or lock screen interface (the wallpaper can customize the pictures in the album).

  • Lock screen wallpaper: set lock screen interface image.
  • Desktop wallpaper: set desktop wallpaper.
  • Live Wallpaper: You can set live wallpaper.
  • Video wallpaper: set background video.

Move items on the idle screen

  • Click and hold the item you want to move.
  • Drag the project to the desired location after the project vibrates.
  • Remove item from the standby screen click and hold the item you want to remove, the item vibrates and X delete appears in the top left corner of the item.

Use the shortcut panel

  • When in standby mode or while using the app, touch the indicator icon area at the top of the screen and drag your finger down, Open the shortcuts panel. You can activate or deactivate other features such as wireless connections and access a list of notifications, such as messages, calls, events, or processing status. To hide the list, drag the bottom border of the list up.
  • Swipe the shortcut icon left and right in the shortcuts panel to use the following options:
    • Wi-Fi: Turn the Wi-Fi connection on or off. Long-click this icon to enter the Wi-Fi settings interface.
    • Data connection: start or close the data connection.
    • Bluetooth: Turns Bluetooth wireless connection on or off.
    • Airplane mode: Activate or deactivate flight mode.
    • Scene mode: standard, mute, switch between conference and outdoor mode.
    • One-click cleanup: Click to end the background application and release some memory.
    • Brightness: Adjust the brightness of the screen,
    • Battery: Shows device power usage.
    • Hibernate: Adjust the delay time for the screen to automatically turn off.
    • One-button lock screen: After clicking, the device is off-screen and locked.
    • More: You can set the shortcut function and sequence display in the shortcut panel.

If you want to access the app on your phone:

  • Open phone lock.
  • Scroll left or right to other application screens.
  • Select the launcher:
  • Press the middle button to return to the main standby screen.

The phone has a built-in motion sensor that detects the direction of the phone. If you rotate your phone while using certain features, the phone interface will automatically switch to landscape mode.   • Set the current time and date
    In the main menu interface, then select Settings – Date & Time.

  • Set a time and date and change other options.

  • Turn touch tones on or off
    In the main menu interface, then select Settings – Sounds & Notifications – Standards → click on the right setting – select the touch-tone.

  • Adjust the ringer volume
    Press the up or down volume button to adjust the ringer volume.

The brightness level of the display affects the speed at which the phone consumes battery power.

Set the unlock pattern

An unlock pattern can be set to prevent others from using the phone without permission.

  1. In the main menu interface, then select Settings – Security – Screen Lock – Pattern.

  2. Watch the screen tips and sample patterns and choose Next (if necessary).

  3. Drag your finger to connect at least four points and draw a pattern.

  4. Choose to continue.

  5. Redraw the pattern to confirm.

  6. Select confirmation.

    • After setting the unlock pattern, you will be asked to enter the unlock pattern each time you turn it on. If you want your phone to no longer require an unlock pattern, select Settings – Security – Screen lock → Draw the lock set pattern → None,
      Note: If you select “None”, the screen will not be locked.

    • If you forget to unlock the pattern, you need to bring your phone to its customer service centre to unlock it.

Lock SIM card or USM card

The phone can be locked by activating the PIN code provided with the SIM card or USM card.

  1. In the main menu interface, then select Settings → Security – Settings SIM card lock mode → Lock SIM card.
  2. Enter your PIN and choose OK.
    • If you activate the PIN lock, you must enter your PIN every time you turn it on.
    • If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, the SIM card or USIM card will be locked. You must enter your PIN unlocking key (PUK) to unlock your SIM card or USIM card.
    • If the SIM card or USIM card is locked due to incorrect PUK input, bring the card to the service provider to unlock it.

Unable to start phone
