Product Usage Instructions

Install Device
Follow the installation instructions provided in the manual to properly install the LTE Cat M1 Tracker.

Power On/Off

Power On
To power on the device, press and hold the power button until the LED indicators light up.

LED Indicators
The LED indicators will provide information about the device’s status. Refer to the manual for details on the different LED indications.

Power Off
To power off the device, press and hold the power button until the LED indicators turn off.

Trouble Shooting

Cannot Connect to Platform

SIM Card Installation

  • Open the packing case, check if the device is OK and the accessories are intact,
  • You need a suitable SIM card to use the device, contact your dealer if any questions;

SIM card installation requires the case to be disassembled

Note:

  • Please cut off the power before installing or uninstalling the SIM card.
  • SIM cards should have GPRS/LTE functions.

Installation Notice

  • Keep the device away from RF emission sources.
  • Device Built-in GSM/LTE antenna and GPS antenna, Please ensure that the signal receiving side is facing up(towards the sky) when doing installation, without any metal material covered on the top. It may weaken the signal and result in not working properly.

Power On/Off

Power on
Power on: Insert a valid SIM card, then open the plug and use the card pin to gently touch the key for 2 seconds.

LED Indicators

  • The red LED blinks quickly when the device is searching for a GSM/LTE network, and intermittently when the device successfully registers for a GSM/LTE network.
  • The blue LED flickers fast when the device is searching for the GPS satellite signal, it flickers intermittently when the device has searched the satellites and can be positioned. the device enters the charging state, the red light is on. When the external battery of the device is full or not in the charging state, the red light is off.

Use the card needle to lightly touch the button for 1-2 seconds

Troubleshooting

Cannot connect platform
the device is never online on the position server when installed the first time. Please check the device:

  1. Check if the battery level is sufficient.
  2. Is SIMthe c d is led correctly? Please refer to the installation instructions.
  3. Check the status of LED indicators. If the device is OK, Green LED and blue LED will intermittently flick.
  4. Inquiry parameters of the device via dealer support team.
