Product Usage Instructions

How to Finish Solar Cable with Solar Connector Crimp Tool:

1. Grasp the male and female connector.
2. Note: The male metal piece is longer than the female metal piece, it should mate with the male connector and vice versa.

How to Assemble Solar Connectors:

1. Use the tool to grip the base of the connector.
2. Rotate one of the tools while keeping the other still to finish tightening the solar connector.

2. Press down and pull the solar connector connections away from each other.

Using Instructions

1. Grasp the male and female connector.
2. Assemble the cable and connector.
3. Insert the connector into the proper slot(2.5/4/6mm²).
4. Strip the wire and put it into the connector.
5. Close the tool slightly until the ratchet is just engaged.
6. Done! And you got a wire connected with a connector.
7. Insert the core from the male butt.
8. Use the spanner to screw tight the connector’s cap.
9. Connect the male and female parts until you hear a click.
10. Done!

How to finish solar cable with solar connector crimp tool

1. Confirm which connector the bare end should be plugged into. If the other end is a male connector, the bare end should go into a female connector and vice versa.
2. Route the red cable through the base, strain relief and compression sleeve, then press the bare end of the red cable into the female metalwork into the male connector.
3. Route the black cable through the base, strain relief and compression sleeve, then press the bare end of the red cable into the male metal fitting into the female connector.

NOTE:
THE MALE METAL PIECE IS LONGER THAN THE FEMALE METAL PIECE, IT SHOULD MATE WITH THE MALE CONNECTOR AND VICE VERSA.
