Before Installation

Thank you for choosing our Rain Shower System. Hope that you’ll enjoy a comfortable smooth bathing experience with this product. Before installation, please read this installation manual carefully and keep it properly in case you need it.

This manual is about the installation and use of this Rain Shower System.

Technique Requirement

1. Proper Water pressure should between 0.1 Mpa-1.0Mpa, If water supply pressure exceeds 1.0 Mpa, a pressure reducing value must be fitted.
2. Clean the impurity and sludge in the hose before assembling to avoid leaking and blockage.
3. This shower system needs to be installed inside the wall. Please read this manual carefully to confirm the dimensions of products and keep the proper position on the wall.
4. The intake/outlet pipes need to be wrapped with Teflon tape. Use a Teflon tape to wrap a few turns in the clockwise direction on the thread of the pipes. {This is very important. The direction of the Teflon tape must be tangled clockwise. If not, it will leak.)
5. Turn off the water supply before installation

Notice:

The edge of the embedded box should be as flush as possible with the tile surface as shown in the figure, or slightly protrude from the tile surface by 0.8in

Installation Of Rain Shower System

• Install The Shower Mixer Valve Control
  Make sure the Shower Mixer Valve is connected to the correct Hot/Cold Water side
  

Installation Steps

• Step 1:
  The intake/outlet pipes need to be wrapped with Teflon tape. Use a Teflon tape to wrap a few turns in the clockwise direction on the thread of the pipes.
  

• Step 2 :
  Connect the water pipe with the embedded box
  

• Step 3 :
  Confirm the location of the embedded box and the pipes. Then mark them.
  

• Step 4 :
  After confirm the location, dig out the routes of the pipes. And remove the embedded box and drill the hole Then use the electric drill to drill white screws into the wall
  

• Step 5:
  Fix the embedded box on the wall with four screws
  

• Step 6:
  Remove the embedded box cover from the valve control, then with the handle help, each inlet and outlet pipe shall be pressure tested to ensure no leakage.
  

• Step 7:
  The embedded box cover can protect the box from dust. Cover the embedded box and wait for the wall to be tiled.
  

• Step 8:
  After the wall is tiled, remove the cover of the embedded box.
  

Install the panel

Step1 : Cover the panel, the panel should be as close as possible to the embedded box and the switch should be at least 1 mm away from the panel to prevent scratching the panel
Step2 : Fix the Single Level Handle with a hexagonal screw and a small cover.

Install the rain shower head

• Step1: Wrap the teflon tape on the thread.
  

• Step2: Clockwise rotation of the main body into the pipe.
  

• Step3: The rain shower head connects to the arm.
  

Install the handheld shower

• Step 1 : Pre-em bed the pipe in the wal I and extend the I en gth not I ess th an 35mm, insert it into the pipe and lock the hexagonal screws.
  

• How there a noise problem with the shower valve?
  No more water noise: This shower valve has a built-in high-quality check valve to prevent water hammer noise.

• How deep to install the valve inside the wall?
  For the sake of beauty, it is recommended that you install the valve completely into the wall, and the edge of the embedded box is kept flush with the tile surface.

• Can I just install it without wrapping teflon tape?
  No, it is recommended that you connect teflon tape to each interface to prevent water leakage at the installation interface.

CLEARANCE AND MAINTENANCE

• How to clean shower head nozzles?
  Just rub the nozzles with your finger or a toothbrush to loosen any deposits, and then run hot water for a few minutes

• How to keep the faucet appearance smooth and good performance?

1. Clean with water and dry with a soft cotton cloth;
2. Use mild liquid and colorless glass cleaner to remove surface dirt and scale, also you can use the cleaner without grinding function.
3. Do not use detergents, polishing tools, abrasive cloth, paper towels or scrapers to clean the faucet
4. Do not use acid cleaners, insoluble granular detergents, soaps, etc to clean the faucet.
