Description

The 4-in-1 Wireless Charger is a multi-functional charging station that allows you to charge up to 4 smart devices (iPhone, Apple Watch and earbuds, iPad) at the same time on it. Light Effect Description

Power on state

• When the device is powered on, the main cylindrical status light flashes white for 2 seconds and then goes into breathing light mode; other indicator lights go out after flashing for 2 seconds.

Charging status

When the device detects charging (cell phone, watch, earbuds), the main status light flashes white for 2 seconds, and then the orange light enters the breathing status.

1. When the cell phone is charging, indicator light 1 and indicator light 2 go into breathing light status
2. When the earbud is charging, indicator light 3 goes to the breathing state Add new charging item during charging status, the main status light will flash white light for 2 seconds, indicating that new charging item has been detected. After remove charging item, the main light turns to white breathing light status.

Foreign object detection

• The main status light flashes orange when abnormal protection or foreign object detection is performed, and the indicator light for the location of the detected foreign object flashes accordingly.

Device form change alert

• When the device is folded or opened between, the main status light changes to white and orange and flashes alternately for 3 seconds.

Main status light control

In the device power status, double-click the main status light control key to enter into the orange atmosphere light mode, single click to cycle through the brightness levels: low bright – mid bright – high bright – off, double-click to exit the orange atmosphere light mode. Charging or standby status, click the control key to turn the light off or on.

Suitable for iOS and Andriod devices

• Andriod phones cannot support the MagSafe magnetic adhesive function, need to be used with an additional MagSafe Case, and the phone itself needs to support wireless charging.

FAQ

If you find interrupted or slow charging, please check the following item:

1. There should not be any items which not compatible with MagSafe such as metal or pop-up stand or credit cards on the back of the phone.
2. Place the phone in the center of the charging surface (this allows the charging coils in the phone to align with the coils inside the wireless charger).
3. The thickness of the MagSafe phone case should be no more than 3mm for effective charging.
4. Check if the adapter is QC 3.0 fast charging.
5. Check if the original charging cable is used.

If you cannot charge your device, please try the following steps

1. When the output Type-C port cannot charge the item, use another Type-C charging cable to test.
2. Please check if the indicator light is on.
3. Please check if the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger, the original iPhone adapter does not match with the wireless charger.
4. Please check the thickness of your case (<=3 mm). Metal ring or magnetic pad will stop the charging.
5. Please check if the wrong output port is connected, please connect the charging cable to the input port.

If you are using the wireless charger with a QC3.0 adapter and have removed all potential charging barriers and are still experiencing problems, try the following:

1. Replace the cable connecting the wireless charger.
2. Reboot the device to be charged.
3. Unplug the adapter and reinsert it.

If the light is flashing and the wireless charging station is not charging your device, how do I deal with this problem?

1. Make sure your device supports Qi wireless charging before using this wireless charger.
2. Check if you are charging with a 3.0 adapter.
3. Check your device case if there is any metal foreign objects. Magnetic and metal accessories can cause the light flashing and prevent charging.

The phone is charging intermittently, or the indicator light is flashing.

• If the charging current is not enough, please use an adapter with sufficient power of 9V/3A or more.

Heating or not working when charging

• It is normal for the receiver coil or transmitter board to get hot when charging wirelessly. If the wireless charger overheats or stops charging, please remove the phone and wait for the wireless charger to cool down before charging.

TIPS

1. Do not charge Apple products at charging stations through computer USB ports or other power converters.
2. During charging, place Qi-enabled devices in the center of each wireless charging area.
3. Make sure your device is in the middle of the wireless charger area.
4. The silicone cases on Apple Watch and AirPods can cause abnormal charging. It is best to remove them before charging.

Warning

1. Avoid using this product in a humid or hot enviroment.
2. Avoid dropping the product from a high place.
3. Please do not disassemble the product by yourself. Please contact us via cs@aulumu.com, if you need to do so.
4. Do not clean the product unless the device is turned off.
5. It is recommended to use an adapter of 35W or more to charge 3 and above smart devices at the same time.

Notes

To ensure safe and efficient charging of 3 and above devices at one time, a 35W and above fast charging adapter (Qualcomm Quick Charger 2.0 or 3.0) and a fast charging cable are required. (if you do not use the proper adapter and cable, the charger can not work properly, can’t charge your phone or charge 3 and above devices at the same time or may even damage the charger).
