Installation Notes

1. Position the mattress correctly
   • The smart mattress is properly useable on one side, and there are differences at the head and end of the mattress. Please refer to the picture on the right for the correct placement.
   • The light gray side is the front side (the contact surface where the user lies down).
   • The power port is located on the side of the bed.

2. Connect to the power
   • Connect the power cord to the power adapter.
   • Connect the other end of the power adapter to the power port of the mattress, and plug the power cord into a nearby outlet.
   • After the power is successfully turned on, the end of the bed will emit three “di-di-di” sounds, and you can use app or the WeChat Mini Programs to search for the smart mattress (please look down for the instructions of the Mini Programs).

3. WeChat Mini Programs
   (Phone/OS Please log in to WeChat and search for “ Sleepone Ai”.
   Andorid in the Mini Programs and click to register.

Mini Programs Instruction

A. Mini Programs Sign In

1. Search Mini Programs “Sleepone Ai “.
2. Open Mini Programs “Sleepone Ai “.
3. Sign in “Enter your number ”.
4. Obtain and enter the “mobile phone verification code”.
5. Log in to the Mini Programs “Enter the device configuration page” (You can also click Bluetooth to enter when there is no network).
6. Check the mobile phone “whether it is connected to WIFI” and connect.

B. Bluetooth Connection

1. Login to the Mini Programs, click on the device list and there will be a Bluetooth connection name, and you can connect to the sleepone Ai smart mattress(Bluetooth connection cannot modify the device name).
2. When multiple mattresses are in the same area, the device list will all be displayed. If you need to determine the mattress corresponding to each name, you need to power off all mattresses, leaving only one powered on, and determine the corresponding mattress according to the online device name.

C. WIFI Connection

1. Open the Mini Programs and click Add Device.
2. Select the name of the device to be networked (the mattress corresponding to the name is the same as the “Bluetooth connection”).
3. After selecting the device, It will automatically identify WIFI, enter the password and click to “start network distribution ” .
4. Clik “start network distribution ” wait for few seconds.
5. Click “OK ” after the network configuration is displayed successfully.
6. After confirming, “automatically jump to the device list and display the device with successful network configuration-remote “.
7. Click on the device name to “enter the Mini Programs, click Smart Adapt to turn blue *.
8. Open the settings page “logo in the lower right corner “.
9. Click on the device name “Modify Device Name “.
10. You can “modify your own exclusive device name” according to your needs.
11. Click “Smart Adaptive Settings “Set Adaptive Mode According to your needs.
12. Return to the home page to experience “Which side do people lie on, which side to choose in the bed shape diagram”.
13. You can choose the “yoga mode” according to your own needs to relax the whole body.
14. Click “User Save” to memorize your favorite hardness.
15. When it is self-adaptive and cannot reach the softness you usually like, you can choose in the graph according to the left or right side of the mattress you are lying on, and manually adjust the softness you need for your lying position.
16. You can “turn on the alarm setting “and feel the wake-up of softness according to your own needs.
17. Click on the “sleep report” You can check your daily sleep status.
18. Click “Share Device” on the setting page to share your device with your friends by scanning the QR code on WeChat, and your friends can also know their sleep status in real time.

Function Instruction

| The system automatically recognizes whether there are people, sleeping positions, turning movements, etc., and automatically adjusts the softness, hardness, and support of the mattress according to the pressure distribution of the human body and the physiological curvature of the spine.

Daily Use

Smart mattresses can be plug-and-use after configuration. It is recommended to check the following items before use:

1. The smart mattress is already plugged in.

2. The phone is connected to the home network used by the smart mattress.
   If you have not completed the network configuration of the smart mattress, you can first connect to the WIFI that comes with the mattress, and configure the network as soon as possible to ensure the normal operation of the system.

3. The mobile phone has been successfully connected with the smart mattress.
   The device is displayed online in the Mini Programs or Bluetooth.

Cautions

To ensure safety, please read carefully and follow the following safety tips :

1. The device should be used in a dry indoor environment.
2. Exposed sources of ignition, such as lighted candles, should not be placed on the device.
3. It is strictly forbidden to pour water on the device or attempt to wash it with water, etc.
4. Do not disassemble, assemble or repair this product by yourself. Improper handling can result in product damage. Products that have been altered without authorization will void the warranty.
5. There is a system central control device at the end of the bed, please avoid jumping on the bed, and it is forbidden to jump on the control box.

Mattress Instructions

Regarding size: Mattresses belong to soft furniture, and due to different measurement methods for each individual, according to national and industry standards, the error of length, width within lcm, and height within 1.5cm is within the standard range, which is not a quality issue, Please use them normally.
Regarding odor: After opening the packaging, the product may have a certain odor, which is a mixture of plastic packaging, fabric attachments, or the unique odor of the material itself. This odor is harmless and quickly evaporates. Please open the packaging and leave it ina well ventilated area for 3-7 days.
Regarding indentation and height loss: A comfortable mattress is made of materials that have a certain degree of deformation. After a period of use, human indentation or height loss may occur due to the pressure sensing of the material and the compressed air inside the material. If the human indentation or height loss is within 10% of the total height of the mattress and meets national standards, it indicates that the product conforms to ergonomic design and to some extent improves the comfort of the mattress.
Regarding the bed frame: It is not recommended ta use this product on a sealed flat bed box to avoid maisture or mold stains at the bottom; It is also not recommended to place this product on a row frame with a spacing of 2 7CM to avoid abnormal phenomena such as deformation or depression of the mattress due to uneven support.
Regarding handling: When handling, avoid bending and deformation (especially when entering a narrow elevator). To avoid smart host or flexible operating system failures caused by bending.
Regarding breathability: The comfort layer of this product uses breathable materials such as space memory cotton, and there is also an air convection guide groove design inside the mattress. Due to the automatic adjustment of the mattress according to the physiological curvature of the human spine, the comfort layer of the mattress has a higher fit to the human body, resulting in a relatively reduced heat dissipation area. In high indoor temperatures, using this product may feel warmer than a regular mattress.
