Product Usage Instructions

  • Quick Set Up:
    • Plug parent & baby units with type C power cords.
    • Ensure units are more than 5 feet (1.5 meters) apart to avoid noise.
    • Power on both units and tune to the same channel (Channel A or B).
  • Parent Unit:
    • Pre-installed with a lithium rechargeable battery, fully charged before use.
    • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on/off.
    • Press the power button to turn on/off the night light.
  • Baby Unit:
    • Connect to AC power when in use.
    • Place more than 5 feet (1 meter) away from your baby.
  • Mobile App Connection:
    • Download the app (refer to the guidelines at the back of the manual).
    • Connect with the baby unit in video mode to monitor remotely.

FAQs

  • How do I set up the camera for remote viewing?
    • To set up remote viewing, follow Method 3 in the manual:
    • Scan the QR code or input the camera ID manually.
    • Enter the password set up during the initial connection.
    • Watch when the indicator icon changes to blue.
  • How can I add multiple mobile phones for viewing?
    • If you want to add more mobile phones for viewing under the same WiFi network, follow Method 2 in the manual:
    • Select your WiFi and enter the password.
  • What should I do if the battery is low?
    • If the lithium rechargeable battery is low, connect it with AC power for charging.
    • The indicator light will flash in red when the battery is low and will be steady green when fully charged.

QUICK SET UP

  1. Plug parent & baby units with type C power cords, and make sure your baby units and parent unit are more than 6 feet (2 meters) apart to avoid screeching noise.
    • Parent Unit: Pre-installed with lithium rechargeable battery, please fully charge before use)
    • Baby Unit: Please connect with AC power when in use
  2. Power on both units and tune to the same channel (Channel A or B).
  3. Place the baby unit more than 3 feet (1 meter) away from your baby. Do not place this product on an unstable table, shelf, stand or other unstable surfaces. When the power is on, you can hear the baby’s sound via the parent unit.
  4. Download our APP (Please read the guidelines at the back) and get connected with the baby unit in video mode, you can monitor the baby with the APP on your phone anywhere.
    • Note: Lithium rechargeable battery will be charged when connected with AC power. The indicator light will be in green steadily if the battery is fully charged. The indicator light will be flashed in red when the battery IS low.

Safety instructions

Please read and follow the instructions below before using this product.

  1. This product is not a toy, do not allow children to play with It.

  6. Use the adaptor provided in the package or the standard adaptor with correct polarity and voltage(Input: 100-240V, 50/60 Hz 0.2A; Output: 5V … 1000mA).
  7. Only use the charging cables included in the package, do not use another unofficial party cable to charge the unit. This might result in overheating or electronic- component damage.
  8. Only use the included rechargeable battery for the baby monitor, do not replace it with other batteries. Do not disassemble, squeeze, heat or throw it into the fire.
  9. Do not overload the wall outlet or use an extension cord.
  10. Do not place this product on any unstable surfaces or objects.
  11. Always unplug the baby monitor from the wall outlet and power source when unused.
  12. Do not insert any sharp or metal objects into the plug contacts. This might cause- electric shock.
  13. Unplug the product from the power supply before cleaning. Do not use any liquid or aerosol cleaners. Use a dry cloth to clean only.
  14. Avoid spilling any liquid kind on this product.
  15. This product is specifically designed for baby care and is not a replacement for adult supervision.
  16. This product is not designed as a medical device.
  17. Always test the baby monitor and check the reception status after having moved to its set location. The signal may be affected by the item amount and materials of the wall, items, or other operation devices that also use 2.4Ghz.
  18. If the baby monitor is not properly functioning, please contact the customer ser- viceteam as soon as possible to ideally fix the issues.

Quick Set Up

  1. Plug the parent & baby unit with type C power cords or install a 15V AAA alkaline battery” or 1.2.V AAA NiMH rechargeable battery*, make sure your baby unit and parent unit are more than 6 feet (2 meters) apart to avoid screeching noise.
  2. Power on both units. Both units turn to the same channel (channel A or B).
  3. Place the baby unit more than 3 feet (1 meter) away from your baby. Do not place this product on an unstable table, shelf, stand or other unstable surfaces. When the power is on, you can hear the baby’s sound via the parent unit.
  4. If no sound/have is interference, please turn off both units and repeat set-up procedures 1 – 3 above.
    • Note: AAA NiMH rechargeable battery will be charged when connected with AC power. The indicator light will be in green steadily if the battery is fully charged. The indicator light will be flashed in red when the battery is low. ^ The alkaline battery could not be recharged.
