Install App
Download the ‘MIPC’ App from: Apple App Store or Google Play OR
www.muxwell.com/download
Register Account
Open ‘MIPC’ App, click the ‘Sign up’ button, register an account then ‘Sign
In’.
Add Camera
- Click the top left corner ‘+’ to add a device
- Power on the device
- Press and hold the RESET button for about 10 seconds (restore to factory settings)Click ‘PTZ Cameras’
Note: Tilt the lens up to find the RESET button
Install The Camera (Optional)
- Mounting Screws Bracket Plastic Expansion Pipe
Note: When the camera installed vertically on the ceiling, please flip the screen in the App

Install App
Download the ‘MIPC’ App from:

Register Account
Open ‘MIPC’ App, click the ‘Sign up’ button, register an account then ‘Sign
In’.
Add Camera

Click the top left corner ‘+’ to add a device.

Click ‘PTZ Cameras’.

Power on the device.

Press and hold the RESET button for about 10 seconds (restore to factory settings)
Note: Tilt the lens up to find the RESET button -
Scan the QR code on the bottom of the device.

Click ‘By QR Code’ to configure WiFi.

Enter WiFi information.

Press and hold the RESET button for 1 second and you’ll hear a voice message ‘Configure mode’.

Scan the QR Code with the Camera.

Camera setup finished.
