Product Usage Instructions
Charging:
Charge the earbuds and case fully before first use. A 15-minute charge
provides 2 hours of playback. The case takes approximately 2 hours to charge.
Wireless (Bluetooth) Connection:
- Open the charging case to initiate auto-pairing between the earbuds.
- The LED on each earbud will flash red and blue.
- Access your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “TruSense TWS” to connect.
Noise Canceling Features:
- Active Noise Canceling (ANC) blocks external noise with 28dB cancellation. Long press the right earbud for 2 seconds to toggle ANC on/off.
- Environmental Noise Canceling (ENC) focuses on voice call clarity. ENC is enabled by default during calls.
Managing Calls:
- Answer/End Call : Touch either earbud twice.
- Reject Incoming Call : Touch and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
Controlling Music:
- Play/Pause : Touch either earbud twice.
- Next Song: Touch the right earbud three times.
- Previous Song: Touch the left earbud three times.

First use:
Charge the earbuds and case fully before first use.
CHARGING
Charging the Earbuds:
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will start to charge automatically.
- The LED light on earbuds will turn solid red, and the LED on the charging case will pulse white whilst charging.
- Once charging is complete, both LED lights will turn off (earbuds and case).
A quick 15-minute charge should give 2 hours playback.
Note: When the battery low, the LED flashes red every 30seconds and you will hear an audio prompt stating: “battery low”.
Earbud Touch Points
When using the earbud touch controls on either the Left or Right Earbud, touch
the highlighted area to activate the control.
CHARGING THE CASE

Connect a Type C charging cable to the charging case (take care when inserting it into the port) and connect the other end to an adaptor or USB port on computer to charge the case.
Important: Before connecting the charging cable to a power outlet, adaptor, or computer, make sure they are switched off (no power running) first. -
When the charging case is charging, you will see a green pulsating LED light.

Once fully charged, the LED will turn solid green.
Note: The charging case will take approximately 2 hours to charge. This is dependent on the power outlet you connect to i.e. a computer USB will take longer.
Turning OFF:

Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
OR -
Touch and hold the earbuds for 5 seconds until you hear an audible “Power off”.
Resetting the Earbuds:
Place both earbuds into the charging case, keep the case open and press the
reset button on the charging case for 5 – 7 seconds.
WIRELESS (BLUETOOTH) CONNECTION
Connecting to Bluetooth:
- Open the charging case, the earbuds will begin auto-pairing with each other.
- The LED on each earbud will will flash red and blue.
- Go to your Bluetooth settings on your device (smartphone etc) and search for “TruSense TWS”, select it to connect.
If you don’t connect the earbuds to a device within 5 minutes, they will automatically switch off.

What is ANC?
ANC blocks out external noise, the TruSense TWS boasts 28dB of noise cancellation. -
How does ANC work?

Active Noise Cancellation works in addition to the headphone’s noise isolating design.

The TruSense TWS uses microphones in each earbud to detect the frequency of the sound that is coming at the wearer. The ANC processor inside the earbuds create an inverse wave (oppos-ing) to cancel any noises.

Like ANC, ENC blocks out external noise, but focuses on improving clarity of voice calls. -
How does ENC work?
The TueSense TWS relies on its 4 microphones to capture ambient sounds and then actively cancels them out, ensuring clear and crisp audio for your phone calls.
Note: ENC on the TruSense TWS is enabled by default during calls.

- Rejecting an incoming call: Touch and hold L/R earbud for 2 seconds until you hear a prompt tone.

Are the TruSense TWS Waterproof?
The TruSense TWS have an IPX5 rating. They can be worn in the rain, for the gym (ideal for a sweaty workout), but they cannot be used for swimming or bathing. -
What is the battery life of the TruSense TWS?
The total battery life of the TruSense TWS up to 35 hours. This is including the charging case (to recharge the earbuds), and is with ANC switched OFF, and the volume output being at a 50% level. -
Can I use one earbud at a time?
Yes, with TWS (True Wireless Stereo), you can use the TruSense TWS earbuds one at a time, perfect for when you want to keep aware of your surroundings or have a chat with friends. It can also prolong total playback time when you switch between each earphone. -
What can I do with the Bitmore Music App?
- You can customise your touch controls on your earphones.
- Choose from a selection of great pre-set audio output settings.
- Set your own EQ audio settings by using the sliders.
- Manage the ANC and Transparency features.

I bought my TruSense TWS from Amazon, eBay or another individual, can you help?
Unfortunately if you bought your TruSense TWS on Amazon (excluding the actual Bitmore Store), eBay, high street store or a random man on the street, there’s not much we can do, we’d be happy to help with technical questions. But we only authorise and distribute our TruSense TWS (and all our other products), via authorised retailers such as airport stores and airlines. Any Bitmore products not purchased through authorised resellers are void of any manufacturing guarantee, repair or replacement service. -
I changed my mind about the TruSense TWS can I get a refund?
- If you bought your TruSense TWS directly from bitmore.co.uk and are within the 30 day returns period, please contact our customer care team on justask@bitmore.co.uk and quote your order reference.
- If you purchased your TruSense TWS from the Bitmore Amazon Store, you must contact Amazon directly as the sales contract is with yourself and Amazon and follow their policies.
- If you purchased your TruSense TWS from one of our authorised resellers such as an airline or airport store, you must contact that reseller directly as the sales contract is with yourself and that retailer, please follow their policies.
- If you purchased them anywhere else, you must contact the place/individual/business you purchased them from.

What if I lose one of my earbuds or the charging case?
- Whilst this doesn’t qualify for the manufacturing guarantee, don’t panic! Just drop our customer care team an email on justask@bitmore.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.
- Troubleshoot: If you experience connection issues, only one earbud will connect, or your device cannot find the TruSense TWS after previously pairing:
- Check if you have paired the earbuds to different devices, turn the Bluetooth device off, or remove it from the ‘paired’ list.
- Remove them from your device ‘paired’ Bluetooth list and follow the pairing process again.
- Still stuck? Drop our customer care team an email on justask@bitmore.co.uk, and have your receipt/proof of purchase handy.

NOTE:
- Failure to follow the instructions in this manual will result in the manufacturing guarantee being void. Please take extra care when connecting cables to your devices or the product to avoid damaging the ports.
- Wear and tear aren’t covered by the guarantee. Submersion in liquids will void the guarantee. Devices connected to this product or App are not covered by the Bitmore guarantee.
- For Bitmore products containing a Lithium-ion battery:
- Lithium-ion battery powered devices are dispatched from our factory with a partial charge (30% which is the legal maximum permitted internationally for transportation), depending on the storing temperature and the length of storage during transit and with the retailer, the charge held by the device will naturally decrease, for best performance we recommend charging the device fully.
- Any product that is powered by a Lithium-ion battery, as with all devices using Lithium, the amount of charge the lithium cells can hold decreases over time and with use or if left in a cold environment, experiencing fluctuations in temperature or when unused for long periods of time (charge and discharged the battery often, even if you are not using it). Therefore, you may find that the amount of charge this product holds and offers may be slightly less.
- This is typically a slow process and a naturally recurring phenomenon and is not covered by the guarantee or guarantee.
- Dispose of or recycle the earphones and their components properly to minimise environmental impact. DON’T dispose of them in household waste.
