IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • When using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions

INTENDED USE

  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with, in, or around the appliance.
  • Intended for use with dogs or cats only. Do not use this pet feeder with puppies, kittens, dogs, or cats not able to reach the food tray or with any physical disability.
  • Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this User Manual.

ELECTRICITY SAFETY

  • DO NOT operate the appliance if it has a damaged power cord or plug, or if it is malfunctioning or has been damaged in any manner.
  • DO NOT immerse the power cord, plugs, or the device base in water or other liquid or allow moisture to come into contact with these parts.
  • To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not place or store an appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
  • Always unplug the appliance when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning. Never unplug by pulling on the power cord.

RELATED TO USE

  • DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify, or replace any part any part of your product. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
  • No user-serviceable parts inside.
  • Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
  • Install 4 AA batteries (not included) for backup power in case of a power outage.
  • DO NOT allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. Cover or hide the power cord with care to prevent pets from biting.
  • DO NOT lift the pet feeder by lid, hopper, bowl, or bowl holder. Lift and carry the feeder using both hands and the hopper base, while keeping the unit in the upright position.
  • Install or store the pet feeder on a level surface against the wall or in a corner to avoid tripping.
  • For dry food use only. Do not use wet, canned, moist food, or pet food with special shapes, holes, or diameters above 16mm/0.6 inch.
  • Before leaving for an extended time, always replace batteries with new batteries. Check operation frequently to be sure the pet feeder is dispensing properly.
  • Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Keep away from children and pets.

Using Your Pet Feeder

Setup & Manual Feeding

  • Make sure that the pet feeder is properly installed before filling the food tank.
  • The pet feeder can also work when only batteries are installed.
  • It is recommended to install batteries for backup power in case of a power outage.
  1. Plug in the included USB-C cable. If desired, install 4 AA batteries (not included) in case of a power outage.
  2. Plug in the included power adapter. The LED display will light up indicating the feeder is on.
  3. Place the bowl in the bowl holder. Lift the feeder and attach the holder to the notch.
  4. Remove the lid and place the desiccant bag into the desiccant box under the lid.
  5. Fill the food tank with dry pet food and cap the lid. Do not exceed the maximum level.
  6. Press twice to feed 1 portion manually.
    • You can also schedule meals via buttons or apps.

  • Two ways are available to schedule meals (with buttons or apps), choose any way you like.
  • Make sure Bluetooth on your smart device is enabled and your device is connected to a secure network.
  1. Download EB Linklite App and install. Register or log in as instructed.
  2. Tap “Add Device” and follow the on-screen instructions to add your pet feeder.
  3. Once connected, tap “Done” to complete. If the connection fails, hold the Setting button for 1 Os to restore to factory settings and try again.
  4. Tap “Meal Plan” on the page and follow on-screen instructions to schedule feeding time and portions.

Care and Cleaning

  • Always make sure the pet feeder is unplugged before cleaning. Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble for next use.
  • For body parts, wipe with a soft and damp cloth only. Do not rinse or immerse in water.
  • It is recommended to clean the feeder regularly for the health of your pets.

Cleaning Bowl & Holder

  1. Remove the bowl and bowl holder.

Cleaning Lid, Tank & Dispensing Rotor

  1. Remove the lid and take out the desiccant bag.

  3. Twist counterclockwise to take out the dispensing rotor.
  4. Rinse and clean all parts. Dry thoroughly and reassemble into place.
