Register and Login

To register and login to the GWEIKE ClOUD system

1. Visit https://www.gweikecloud.com/cloud using a computer or tablet PC with Google Chrome.
2. Click on “Create one now” to register an operating account. Do not register again if you already have an account.
3. Login to your account using your credentials after successful registration.

Add Device

To add your machine to the system:

1. Input your machine ID found on the label at the back of the machine.
2. Once the device is successfully added, click on “Next”.

WIFI Connection

To connect the machine to Wifi

1. Ensure the machine and Wifi are within 3 meters distance without any obstacles.
2. Use a 2.4GHz Wifi network (not 5G).
3. If the network is unstable, consider using a WiFi signal booster.
4. Follow the button press instructions provided.
5. If encountering issues, refer to the troubleshooting steps in the manual.

FAQ :

Q: What should I do if the button light does not turn on after connecting to Wifi?
A: If the button light does not turn on after connecting to Wifi, please check the following:

1. Ensure correct Wifi name and password with no special symbols.
2. Check for case sensitivity in the Wifi name and password.
3. If issues persist, refer to the troubleshooting section in the manual or contact after-sales service.

Quick Instructions Operating System

Must ensure

1. The emergency stop button needs to be rotated out.
2. Plug in the remote interlocking aviation plug on the back of the machine.

Register and Login

1. Please use a computer or tablet PC click to https://www.gweikecloud.com/cloud We recommend using Google Chrome.
2. Click the “Create one now”. Register an operating account on the cloud laser Website.Note: If account already registered when make payment, please use

4. After register your account successfully,click the to https://www.gweikecloud.com/cloud Login in your account, Enter your account and password.

Add Device

Input your machine ID, the machine ID is on the lable on the back of the machine. When shows “GWEIKE CLOUD added successfully”, pls click “Next”.

WIFI Connection

1. Confirm The Wifi Environment

2. Machine and WiFi, distance must be within 3 meters, and no wall between them.
   

3. Wifi should be 2.4GHz, 5G not.

4. If the network is unstable, please add a WIFI singal booster.

5. Press and hold the button on the device for 5s, The color of the button will change from purple to red, back and forth. And then click “Next”.
   NOTICE:
   If the button is not on after long press, please restart the machine, wait until the button light is off after the machine reset, and press the button again for 5S to see whether the button light is on. If it is on, please go to the next step. If it is not on, please contact after-sales service.

Please contact the after sale service if the door and drawer close while the LED doesn’t light.

3. Please turn on the Wifi of the computer to search for the device Wifi, the device Wifi is named in the form of gweikeXXX, and connect to this Wifi.

Notice：If you cannot find the Wifi named in the form of gweikeXXX, please turn off the computer’s Wifi first, and then turn on the computer Wifi, repeat several times, when the Wifi shows that the connection is successful, proceed to the next step. Next

4. Enter the URL http://192.168.20.1:8080/  in the browser, click refresh
   

• NoticeⅠ.Connect successfully does not represent that the WIFI connect successfully , and the off of button light of the machine automatically indicates that the WIFI connection is successful.
• Enter the account password of the home WIFI(please ensure that the account password is correct, the network needs to be above 100M, and the network speed is better)
• Click Connet Now , if the button light of the machine is off, it means that the WIFI connection is successful.

If the button light is not off, please check the following:

1. Check whether the WIFI name and password are correct, case sensitivity, and make sure no special symbols (,. / ; ? , etc）.

2. Click “Connect”, if the button light of the machine does not light up, it means that the WIFI connection is successful.
   If the button is off, the connection failed

3. If you fail to configure WIFI when connecting to the cloud for the first time, the button does not turn off as expected, please follow the previous steps again until you reach this page again, click Reset here, and refresh the current web page, enter the WIFI name and password as required, select the country, and try to connect.
