Getting Started

Plug-in for Power
Plug the adapter into a standard household outlet to turn on the clock.

Battery Back-up Function
Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) to preserve ALL settings in case of power interruptions.

  1. In battery backup mode, the batteries will drain faster, so we recommend only using battery power during emergencies, power outages, travelling, etc. To preserve battery life, please keep the unit plugged in for daily use.
  2. When the batteries run out and an AC power outage occurs, the settings will not be saved. You will need to replace new batteries and input your settings again.

Time Setting

  1. Press TIME SET to enter the HOUR setting mode. Press SET- or SET+ toset the HOUR.
  2. Press TIME SET to confirm HOUR setting and enter the MINUTE setting mode. Press SET- or SET+ to set the MINUTE.
  3. Press TIME SET to confirm and enter the HOUR FORMAT setting mode. Press SET- or SET+ to select 12/24 , HOUR FORMAT.
  4. Press TIME SET to confirm and exit the time setting mode.

NOTE:

  1. The default TIME is 12:00 AM.
  2. Press and hold SET- or SET+ to quickly adjust the time.
  3. In 12-hour format, the AM indicator will stay onto indicate an AM time, while the PM indicator will indicate a PM time.
  4. While setting the time, all settings will be saved automatically if no action is taken within 5 seconds.

Alarm Setting

  1. Press SET to enter the ALARM HOUR setting mode, press SET- or SET+ to set the HOUR.
  2. Press SET to confirm and enter the ALARM MINUTE setting mode, press SET-or SET+ to set the MINUTE.
  3. Press SET to confirm and enter the ALARM VOLUME setting mode, press SET- or SET+ to set the VOLUME.
  4. Press ASET to confirm and exit the alarm setting mode.

NOTE:

  1. The default ALARM is 7:00 AM.
  2. The default ALARM VOLUME is Vol 6. 8 Level volumes are available.
  3. The alarm will rise from silence to the set level within 10 seconds after starting.

Alarm on/off

Enable the Alarm

  1. Press and hold SET for 2 seconds to turn on the alarm.
  2. The alarm indicator will turn on to show that the alarm is on and it will go off at the set time.

Disable the Alarm
To disable the alarm completely, press and hold SET, and the alarm indicator will turn off to show the alarm is off.

NOTE:
The alarm will continue to ring for 1 hour and turn off automatically afterward if no action is taken while it will ring the next day.

SNOOZE.

To silence the alarm momentarily, hit The alarm will sound again when the 9-min snooze is over.

NOTE: You can only snooze 6 times. After the last snooze, the alarm will go silent until the next day.

Dimmer

  1. Press to set the display brightness-(100% / 80% / 60% / 40% / 20% / off ). 6-Level brightness available.

NOTE: When the alarm is triggered, the one button only functions to control the snooze rather than the dimmer.

Wireless charging

  1. Lay your smartphones with wireless charging capability on the WIRELESS CHARGING position as shown below. Then charging will start as soon as the connection is made. If the charging icon does not respond after 5 seconds, please ensure that your device has been put on the puron’ middle of the unit.

  2. 10W Mode: (Need to use a PD / QC 9V/2A Adapter) Samsung Galaxy S21 /S20 /S10/S9+ /S9/S8/S8+ / S7 edge / S7 / S6 edge+/Samsung Note 20 / Note 10 / Note 9 / Note 8 / Note 7
    7.5W Mode: (Need to use a PD / QC 9V/2A Adapter) iPhone 13/13 Pro/13 Pro Max/12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max/ SE (2020)/11/11 Pro/11 Pro Max/XS/XS Max/XR/X/ 8 Plus/8 5W Mode: (Use a 5V/1.2A Adapter) (1)Samsung S6 / S6 Edge, Google Nexus 4/5/6/7, and other universal smartphone models may apply. (2)The above iPhone and Samsung models support 7.5W /10W charging mode and also support 5W charging mode.

  3. Everything except the wireless charging feature work in battery backup mode.

  4. Please keep alert that the wireless charging rate is relevant to the phone model you use and the position in which the phone is placed.

Restore Factory Settings

If you want to reset your G5 to factory settings, please unplug the unit and remove the batteries. Everything will be reset until the next time you program it.

Q: 1. Will this device work with old devices, such as the iPhone 7?

Q: 2. Will G5 charge with phone covers?
A: Taking off them will be better coz cases containing magnets, metals, etc. might cause issues.

Q: 3. How can | fix the issue when charging does not work?
A: First check if you have plugged the device in correctly; reboot your phone to check if it is on charge now; also, i ensure you have the phone placed correctly; remove the case as well. If nothing works, contact us for help.

Q: 4. Will the wireless charging cause my phone to heat up?
A: Yes. The wireless charger heats up the phone slightly, but not hot enough to hurt the phone because it has reliable protection from overheating.

Q: 5. Will GS charge my phone slower than using a traditional wired charger?
A: Yes, wireless charging is generally slower than traditional wired charging.

Q: 6. Why has the charging speed slowed down?
A: When the phone reaches a certain battery level, the 7.5W/ 10W charging mode will automatically switch to the standard 5W charging mode. For example, if the battery level of a mobile phone reaches 80%, it will automatically enter the standard 5W charging mode.
