Please read this manual carefully before using the product.

The intended use of this product is to cook food in the home environment. Please  be sure to read the “Safety Precautions”. Do not use the product under the circumstances of exceeding its intended purpose, otherwise it may cause product damage or even personal injury.

Safety Precautions

Warning: The hazard and loss caused by improper use shall be marked with a prompt, indicating that “death may be caused or seriously injured “or” may cause property and housing loss “or” the content that can not be implemented (prohibited) or the content that may damage the product.

Use Precautions

Do not allow people with sensory or mental disabilities, people with disabilities, or people without experience and knowledge to use this product on their own, unless they are under the supervision and guidance of their surroundings. And even if children are under supervision, please do not let children play with this product to avoid scalding, injury, or electric shock.

Do not disassemble, repair, or transform by yourself. It may cause malfunction and fire. Please contact Life’s Easy Customer Service Center (P.15) for maintenance.

Please do not use near the curtains and other combustibles. It may cause fire and fire.

Do not immerse this product in water or splash it with water. Otherwise, electric shock and fire may be caused.

Do not use wet hands to plug or unplug the power plug or body power connector. This may result in electric shock

Do not touch the parts outside the knob during and after cooking. The cooking process will bring high temperatures, which may cause scalding.

Do not use the power cord under the load. Do not perform the following actions on the power cord to avoid heating or even fire: damage/processing/close to heat source/bend/pull/use under binding/tread/twist/place  under heavy objects.

Do not use this product on any other cooking products. Otherwise, it may cause damage or fire to the product.

Do not place and use non-household kitchen utensils on this product or for purposes other than cooking. Otherwise, it may cause damage or fire to the product.

Please place this product in a flat and stable place. Otherwise, it may cause the cooker to slip. Electric shock may be caused by liquid removal.

If this product and other electrical appliances are connected to the same socket, please make sure that the socket is grounded, which may cause damage to the product, fire, or electric shock.

The distance between this product and the wall or other cooking appliances shall not be less than 10cm to ensure normal heat dissipation and prevent this product and other products in use from becoming each other’s heat source. Otherwise, it may cause fire or damage to the product.

Before the pot is placed on the furnace surface, please make sure that the bottom of the pot is free of foreign matter or sauce and other stains.
Otherwise, it may cause fire, smoke, and damage to the hot plate.

Please do not place any utensils on the furnace surface except the pots and pans for home cooking. Otherwise, it causes fire and damage to appliances.

Do not touch the power cord with hot surfaces or open flames, including the stove. Otherwise, it may lead to product damage, electric shock, and fire.

Do not place pots and tools with a bottom diameter of more than 22cm on the furnace surface, which may cause damage to the product or scald due to pot tipping.

Do not cover or cover the vent with any object. Otherwise, it may cause product damage and fire.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord, or a special assembly purchased from the manufacturer or maintenance department. The use of a non-dedicated power cord may cause product damage and fire.

Do not press the temperature sensor with anything without placing the cooker. Otherwise, it may cause burns, fire, or damage to the product.

Precautions for cleaning and maintenance

When it is not used for a long time, the power plug must be unplugged, and moisture-proof, dust-proof, sunscreen and insect-proof measures must be taken, otherwise, it may lead to product damage.

When cleaning, maintaining, or moving this product, please unplug the power plug and wait for it to completely cool down. Clean the furnace after drying the water on the furnace surface after cooling. Personal injury or product damage may be caused if not.

Please keep the drain clean, so that the drain channel is unblocked, and the drain may be blocked by liquid splashing or spilling.

Do not use acid cleaner or steam cleaner to clean this product if the machine fails. It may cause discoloration and damage to the product’s appearance.

Do not soak the cable in liquid for cleaning, which may cause electric shock and machine damage.

Do not use scraping cleaning cotton or abrasive cleaner to clean this product. Otherwise, it may cause discoloration and damage to the product’s appearance.

Start Cooking

  1. Connect the power cord and plug it in.
    Be sure to properly connect the power cord to the electric heater before properly inserting the power plug into the socket.

  2. Press the knob for 2 seconds to turn it on/off.
    Press and hold the knob for 2 seconds to start the machine, and then let go after the screen lights up.
    Press and hold the knob for 2 seconds after startup to shut down.

  3. Turn the knob to select the cooking gear.
    This product provides five intelligent temperature control cooking gears, 1 for the minimum fire, and 5 for the maximum fire. For details, please refer to the Recommended Gear Instructions (P8).

  4. Press and turn the knob to set the timing.
    During cooking, press and hold the knob and turn it immediately to set the timing. Release the knob to start the timing. After the timing is over, a prompt tone will be given, and the heating will be stopped to enter the standby mode.

When using level 1 for Shufei water bath cooking, 2.5 liters of water should be added to the pot, and the food in the pot is completely immersed in the water. Preheat for at least 20 minutes before adding ingredients to obtain a more accurate temperature control effect.

If the gear is switched, the screen will display the default timing of the gear after switching, and the countdown will start immediately.

Cooking suggestions for fried dishes: Use a 5-gear preheating pan. When the temperature reaches a high temperature suitable for cooking, the screen background will turn red. At this time, it is recommended to heat the pan and cool the oil to achieve the cooking effect that is not easy to stick to the pan.

Connection With APP

  1. Set up your phone or tablet. Connect your phone or tablet to the network and turn on Bluetooth (some phones may need to turn on the Location Service in the phone settings).

  2. Download the app. Search the “small white stove remote control” in the mobile phone application store or scan the QR code in the left figure to download the application (to ensure safe use, you may need to upgrade your mobile phone operating system).

  3. Match the electric stove with the App. Press and hold the knob for 7 seconds until the whole row of indicators flashes together. Click “Add Device” at the top right corner of the app to complete the connection.
    The display of “current temperature” indicates that the connection is successful. Some Android phones may need to select “C300J device to pair manually in the Bluetooth menu.

  4. Use the App to cook. After selecting the function button in the App, click “Start” to start the cooking program. At this time, the stove body screen displays the Bluetooth icon. Click Cancel to end the cooking procedure.

Unable to power on

  • Are both ends of the power cord properly connected?

Unable to pair Bluetooth

  • Is the Bluetooth function of the smartphone/tablet enabled?

  • Operate on the smartphone/tablet to enable the Bluetooth function.

  • If press and hold the knob for 7 seconds to enter pairing mode?

  • Press and hold the knob for 7 seconds until the flashing Bluetooth icon is displayed on the screen, and then try to connect with Phone pairing.

  • If it is an Android device, has the Location Service function been enabled?

  • Operate and enable the Location Service function on Android devices.

The heating stopped while cooking

  • Use the default safety timing for cooking, and stop heating at the end of the time. Turn the knob to select the gear again.

Warranty Terms

Service commitment

  • If the product has faults, please contact the after-sales service center of the company.
  • Life’s Easy Smart precision Cooker C300 is guaranteed for one year.
  • The spare parts, packaging, and appearance loss outside the whole machine are not covered by the warranty.
  • The start date of the warranty period is the date when the consumer receives the product.
  • If the date of receiving the product cannot be provided, the date of release of the valid warranty certificate shall be taken as the starting date of the warranty period.

Warranty voucher

The valid warranty certificates for product after-sales service are purchase invoices and online purchase certificates. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty.
