Getting to know your coffee mug

Wipe the water at the bottom of the cup before use, do not immerse the unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.

Simply plug in the cord, place the cup in the middle of the heating plate, and tap the power button to turn it on.

Choose working modes:
- Touch the power button once, and the background light turns to red (High-temperature setting). It keeps the temperature of drinks to 122- 140 F(50-60°C).
- Touch the power button twice, the background light turns to blue(low-temperature setting). It keeps the temperature of drinks to 104- 122 F(40-50°C).
- Touch the power button the third time to turn off the unit.

Auto shut off:
The warmer will be auto shut off after working 6 hours by default for safety use. -
Gravity sensing function
This coffee mug warmer comes with a microgravity button that heats up in working mode when the coffee mug warmer feels enough weight. -
When you remove the mug, the coffee warmer goes into standby mode for 10 minutes (the plate stays warm between sips). If you put the cup back in within 10 minutes, it will continue to work as your setting. Otherwise, it will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.
Note: The temperature we mentioned is that we tested in a lab at room temperature, it will surely vary depending on different jugs or ambient temperature.

- Sealed beverage cans should be opened before heating.
- The warming effect varies from the material of the cup, it works best with flat-bottomed stainless steel mugs flat-bottomed ceramic mugs or flat-bottomed glass. Covering the lid can help keep the heat.
- Please do not use plastic cups, Insulated tumble cups, thick-bottom cups and paper cups.
- Please cut off the power immediately and cool down then wipe up the liquid of the beverage is pour it onto the heating plate.
- Never allow your children or pet to play with it as a toy.
- Do not disassemble it by yourself.
- This appliance is spill-resistant but not waterproof. Unplug from the outlet when not in use. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug the coffee warmer and allow the heating surface to completely cool before cleaning.
- Do not clean this product with a water spray or the like.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe down the surface of the coffee warmer. Dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- Do not immerse the coffee warmer in water or liquids.
Common Troubleshooting

Unable to turn on:
Please try to unplug, wait for a while and then replug, turn on the power button. -
Unable to heat and only displays — –:
- Please check the cup is on the warmer.
- There may be little water in the cup which does not meet the gravity requirement, please add enough water or coffee.
- Please check whether the warmer is on any soft surface such as a mouse pad, clothes, books or the like which may block the gravity switch and can not heat.
- Please make sure the table surface is flat without any protrusion or recesses which may block the gravity switch.
- Please remove the four EVA feet under the bottom and try again.

Setting changes automatically or hard to turn on: Please check if there is any water or liquid on or around the button, please clean it and try again.

How long does it take to heat the drink?
This product is mainly used for keeping drinks warm, rather then heating the
beverage quickly, so it usually takes about half an hour to an hour or even
longer to heat cold drinks.
Do I need to wait till 6 hours to automatically turn off Is the coffee
warmer?
No, you can always turn it off manually.
