  16. AC Power Input and Fuse: Used to input AC power. The fuse is located below the input port.
  17. 10V/220V input toggle switch: input voltage toggle switch, this switch must be consistent with the input voltage, otherwise the power supply will not work normally, or even damage the power supply. Default 220V input.

Instructions for use

Notes:

  1. AC input: Confirm that the input voltage is the same as the switching voltage. When switching to the 220V position, the input voltage must be between 198-242V. When switching to 110V, the input voltage must be between 99-121V.
  2. Working environment: There should be enough space around the power supply for heat dissipation. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds 75℃, the power supply will stop working. When the temperature inside the machine is lower than the over-temperature protection threshold, the power supply starts automatically.
  3. Encoder regulation voltage and current description: The power supply uses the rotary encoder to adjust the voltage and current to achieve the step adjustment effect. How to use: Press the knob to alternately change the position of the first two digits (or last two digits) of the displayed value; rotate the knob to change the corresponding value.

Operation steps

  1. Connect the power with a three-core power cable. (Make sure the input voltage is correct.)

  2. Press the 14-power switch. At this time, the indicator light is on, and the digital tube is displayed.

  3. Use of voltage regulator: Press knob 8 or 11 and adjust clockwise to
adjust the maximum output current. Press knob 9 or 10, rotate to change the corresponding voltage value and set the desired voltage value.
Connect the load to the positive and negative poles of the output terminal 7. After the load is connected, press the start button 13, the button will light up, turn on the output, and start working. At this time, the 5 constant voltage indicator lights up, and the power supply works in a stable voltage state, that is, the voltage remains unchanged, and the current size will change with the change of the load. If you need to stop the output, just press button 13, the button will be darkened, and the work will end.

  4. Use of current regulator: Press knob 9 or 10 and adjust clockwise to adjust the output voltage to an appropriate value. This value is determined by customers according to their load. Press knob 8 or 11, rotate to change the corresponding current value and set the desired current value.
Connect the load to the positive and negative poles of the output terminal 7. After the load is connected, press the start button 13, the button will light up, turn on the output, and start working. At this time, the 4 constant current indicator lights up, and the power supply works in a stable current state, that is, the current remains unchanged, and the voltage size will change with the change of the load. If the constant voltage light 5 is on, it means that the power supply has not entered the constant current mode. Need to rotate the 9 or 10 voltage knob, continue to increase the output voltage, until the constant current light 4 lights up, and then continue to increase 3 to 5V. If you need to stop the output, just press button 13, the button will be darkened, and the work will end.

  5. Overcurrent Protection: Overcurrent protection means that when the output current exceeds the overcurrent value, the output will be stopped. It plays a protective role in preventing sudden changes of load current and stopping the output. Press the 12 “OCP” button, and the button will light up, the output current setting value will be converted into the overcurrent protection value, and the power supply will enter the overcurrent protection mode. When the actual current reaches or exceeds the overcurrent value, the output stops, and the buzzer sounds. Press “OCP” again, the button will be dimmed, and the overcurrent protection will be exited.

Maintenance

  • Replacement of the fuse: If the fuse is burnt out, the cause must be found, and it can be replaced with a fuse of the same capacity if it is not a machine fault. The fuse is located at (17) on the rear panel. When replacing the fuse, you must unplug the power cable and use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry it out and replace it.
  • Regularly dust off the power supply, and wipe the chassis with a dry cloth, not with organic solvents. The inside of the power supply can be blown in with high-pressure dry air from the ventilation holes to remove dust. Do not disassemble the chassis to clean it to avoid accidents.
  • If the power supply is not used for a long time, the plug must be unplugged and the machine placed in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Power on for more than 30 minutes every 6 months to energize the internal capacitors of the power supply.
  • There are high-voltage lines inside the power supply, and it is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to open the shell to operate to avoid electric shock accidents.
