Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Q: Can I request specific flowers for my wedding?
A: Due to various factors like grower issues and season availability, specific flowers cannot be guaranteed. Focus on the overall vibe and aesthetic, trusting the expert to choose the most beautiful blooms.

  • Q: Are the ceremony flower structures reusable?
A: Some structures like metal towers and plinths are available for repurposing and can be hired for future events. However, items like the floral arch may not be repurposed as they require specific event company rentals.

WHAT I OFFER
I create dreamy luxe floral arrangements for weddings located in Perth & the Southwest. Focusing on large impactful designs & soft colour palettes. My designs include premium local & imported blooms. I also provide a white glove service which means you won’t have to worry about a thing with your flowers! I will have everything covered from design, delivery, installation, and styling to pack down.

MY SIGNATURE AESTHETIC

  • NEUTRAL
My floral designs are created with neutral, muted & soft color palettes, which I believe will make your flowers look timeless & elegant. Neutrals are what I’m known for & what I do best! I can also add pastel, warm, or dusty tones to add some depth & pops of color.

  • LUXE
We use premium A-grade products which are imported from all over the world. This allows us to create designs that have a high-end luxurious look.

  • DREAMY
Our design aesthetic compliments the natural flow of the flowers, whilst creating structure within the design. It’s all about balance.

IMPACTFUL DES I GNS
I believe the best way to make an impact is with statement designs instead of small ones spread across the space. This will draw more attention to the flowers & create a factor.

VIBE OVER SPECIFICS
I can’t always guarantee particular flowers due to grower issues, bad weather, canceled flights, import delays & season availability. Focus on the overall vibe & aesthetic instead of specific flowers. You can trust me to choose the most beautiful flowers & showcase the best that nature has to offer at the time of your wedding!

COHESIVE AESTHETIC
Flowers & styling go hand-in-hand. I love to create a space where each detail flows onto the next & elevates the space. I encourage all my couples to invest in quality styling items to match the luxe florals.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • When should I book my florist?
I open bookings 12 months in advance. I suggest getting in as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. I need a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice for last- minute bookings to ensure I can get our order in with my wholesalers in time for your wedding.

  • Do you do weddings down south?
Yes! I love to flower weddings down south. I charge for travel by KM and I will also charge for accommodation depending on the scope of your wedding. Some weddings may require more than 1 night of accommodation. Just keep this in mind when budgeting for your flowers.

  • What happens with COVID-19?
Should government restrictions be enforced due to COVID-19 in WA resulting in forced cancellation or postponed events; I will forgo our normal cancellation terms. Instead, I will charge a reasonable cancellation fee to cover any wholesale product costs incurred & a 5% admin fee. I am flexible & can move dates if required. Your deposit will be transferrable to the new date if I am available.

  • Can I DIY some of the flowers or hire another florist to collaborate?
Unfortunately, I don’t allow our couples to DIY any flowers or have another florist work on the same wedding. This is because it’s less stressful for the bride on the day. I’ll ensure everything is taken care of & styled to be visually pleasing. As much as I love working with other florists it’s very easy for our work to be confused with others. I ask to be the only florist working on your wedding to ensure the aesthetic is cohesive while ensuring my reputation & design aren’t tarnished in any way.

  • Do you include the arbor structure for the ceremony setups?
Sometimes! Most ceremony structures will need to be hired from a furniture hire company unless specified otherwise. I love working with Heart, Strings & Pretty Things.

  • Can I repurpose the ceremony flowers?
Possibly! It will depend on the type of design, structure, location & weather. I suggest moving designs as a whole instead of using flowers to create a new design. This is because ceremony flowers are uniquely designed, cut & placed in those specific arrangements. As ceremony flowers are exposed to the elements it can impact the life-span & look of the flowers. This means the designs may not look as premium as they did for the ceremony. Please ask me when enquiring if I can repurpose your ceremony flowers. If you would like me to move the flowers for you there will be an extra labour charge.

  • Do you provide the vases/vessels?
Yes, I do. The vase hire will be included in your quote. All hired vases will be removed from your venue after your wedding.

  • What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
I will return to your venue either at midnight or the next day to remove all the flowers & styling items from your venue. All dried & preserved flowers are priced to hire, but not available for the couple to keep. Please refrain from touching the flowers. You are welcome to keep the leftover fresh stems by providing me with a vase for me to fill when I pack down.

I’m Leah!
