MFT Trainings Devices Instruction Manual

Intended Usage : MFT training devices can be used in athletic and fitness training to improve coordination and balance.

Requirements : Constant supervision and instruction from a doctor, certified trainer of therapist is required when using MFT training devices for Physical Therapy.

Age : from 6 to 60 years, according to the level of fitness.

Weight : max. 120 kg body weight (aprox: 270 lbs).

Skills : Good physical condition and coordination.

Safety Instructions : One must execute all workouts on a comapct, non slippery, dry and level surface must be clean and dry during all training. One can train with sneakers or barefoot. Do not wear socks, stockings or dress shoes. If necessary, one can use a chair, table, bar,
or spotting person for assistance during fitness training. One can reduce the risk of injuries when falling by keeping the workout area clear of debris and if needed, place a soft surface around the training area. Children must only exercise under supervision of an adult.

Additional Instruction : MFT devices must not be used for jumping, but only for smooth and easy movements.

Regulations/Maintenance : Before usage check the device for damages and make sure that all adjustable pieces are fixed.
