Packing list

Loading the Media

1. Press the open button to open the top cover of the printer (see Figure 1).
2. Load the paper into the paper bin(as shown in Figure 2).
3. Pull out part of the paper roll and close the cover. Ensure both sides of the cover are properly closed.(Continued on next page).
4. Tear off the excess paper in the direction of the tearing blade (see Figure 3)

How to install the printer USB driver on Windows?

1. Step 1:
   Connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable and turn it on. Make sure the paper is loaded correctly and the printer indicator light is blue, indicating it is working properly.

2. Step 2:
   Insert the USB stick that came with your printer into your computer’s USB port.

3. Step 3:
   Navigate to the folder containing the Windows driver and double-click on 4barcode.A4.driver.2023.02.22.1.exe driver to begin the installation process.

   Click “Next”.

   Once you have successfully connected your printer to your computer via USB, the driver will automatically recognize the printer model and USB port. If you encounter any issues, such as an incorrect printer name or a non-USB port, please double-check your printer connection. Once everything is confirmed, you can click “Next” to continue.

   When the following window appears, and you have confirmed that the printer model and USB port are installed correctly, click on “Finish”.

9. Click on “Paper size” and select “210mm x297mm” as the print size. ” Click “Print” to print the file.

How to install printer USB driver on Mac?

1. Step 1:
   Connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable and turn it on. Make sure the paper is loaded correctly and the printer indicator light is blue, indicating it is working properly.

2. Step 2:
   If a message appears asking if you want to allow the connected device to access your Mac, click “Allow”.

3. Step 3:
   Insert the USB stick that came with your printer into your Mac.

4. Step 4:
   Double-click the driver package file.

5. If the following security warning appears,

6. go to “System Preferences”, click “Security & Privacy”, and click “Open Anyway”. Then return to the driver installation interface to continue.

7. Step 5:
   Enter your Mac’s password, and click “Install Software”.

   Wait for the driver to finish installing.

   Enter your System Settings.

    Find “Printers & Scanners”. If the driver is successfully installed, the printer will display the status. If the displayed status is offline, you need to check whether the USB cable and the OTG adapter cable are normal.

How to print the document on mac?

   Download “XLife Pro” in the APP Store. Or scan the QR code.

   Turn on Bluetooth.

3. Step 3:
   Click the button in the upper right corner and select “A4 Printer”.

   Click the Connect button.

5. Step 5:
   Select the Bluetooth name as “4B-2081PA” and connect.

   Click “Document Printing”.

   Click the button indicated in the picture.

8. Step 8:
   Select “Local document folder”.

   Select the folder containing the documents to be printed.Click the document to be printed

Simple Maintenance Procedures of the Printer

Follow these simple maintenance guidelines to ensure the printer has a longer life with quality printing performance.

• General Cleaning:
  Periodically wipe the outside of your printer with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use abrasive cleaners as they can damage the surfaces.

• Cleaning the Print Head:
  when handling during installation and over time ,the print head may become contaminated resulting in poor print quality. After installing a new print head or after using a roll of media, use the cleaning pen to rud across the dark area of the print head. Allow the print head to dry for one minute before loading labels.
