Safety Notifications
Thank you for using our company’s portable lithium battery product. In order to have a better experience during use
please carefully read and remember the following safety tips before using this product for the first time:
- This product contains a built-in lithium-ion battery. Do not puncture, directly heat, or throw the battery into fire, as this poses a risk of fire or explosion.
- Please use a standard charger that complies with specifications for lithium batteries to charge the device. Using a non-standard or incompatible charger could lead to the product overheating, damage, fire, charger failure, or more severe consequences.
- When using the battery, avoid exposing the product to strong external impacts, knocks, crushing, etc., as this may cause structural damage or more severe consequences.
- Due to the characteristics of lithium-ion batteries, the product’s battery life may decrease in cold winter temperatures. Once the external environment temperature rises, the battery life will naturally recover.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or damage the product’s structure, otherwise you will lose free warranty services.
- When you’re done using the product and need to store it, please first clean it and store it in a place where children cannot easily access it. Before storage, check the battery’s remaining charge; if it’s too low, charge it first. Long-term storage at low battery levels may result in over-discharge and inability to recharge, which is not covered by the free warranty.
- The battery is designed to be water-resistant for everyday use. While it can withstand daily rain and splashing, the waterproof seal may deteriorate over time. Do not frequently rinse the product with water, and never submerge it in water.
- In high temperatures during summer, avoid leaving the product exposed to direct sunlight or stored in an enclosed car.
- If the battery body is damaged, stop using it immediately and place it in an open area. Contact our technical support. If any unknown liquid leaks from the battery and comes in contact with the skin, wash immediately with clean water. If it comes in contact with your eyes, rinse with water immediately and seek medical attention.
- If you have any questions about the above safety precautions, please contact us for clarification.

Troubleshooting and Diagnosis
Symptoms | Handling MethodC |
---|---|
Battery Overheating | The battery will generate heat during charging and |
discharging; this is normal as the battery will cool itself automatically.
If the battery becomes too hot to touch, it likely indicates a malfunction.
Please stop using it immediately and contact the vendor for inspection.
Unable to Charge| Make sure the battery and charger clips are properly
attached and that the polarity is correct.
If the dedicated charger may be faulty, contact the dealer from whom you
purchased it.
Device Not Working or Short Operating Time| Check if the load power exceeds
the battery power; if so, the battery will enter protection mode. Reduce the
device’s power usage.
If there is a short circuit, inspect the cables for damage.
Display Not Showing| The battery has been in use for a long time, and its
capacity will naturally degrade over time. If the battery life no longer meets
your current needs, consider purchasing a new battery
Check if low battery due to prolonged storage; if so, charge the battery.
If the screen still doesn’t display after charging, contact the local dealer.
LED light is not on| First check if the battery is low; if it is, charge it.
If the battery is charged and the LED still doesn’t turn on, please contact
us.
