Product Installation
Preparation before Installation
Before installation, ensure you have the necessary tools and materials
ready. Check the electrical wiring diagram and PDU installation requirements.
Start Installation
Install according to the electrical wiring diagram and PDU installation
requirements. Use cables that comply with the installation ground regulations
for connection. The total lead length should not exceed 3m to prevent
impedance issues. Ensure the input fixed wire buckle specification is PG36,
and the input wireouter diameter does not exceed 32mm.
Inspection after Switch On
After connecting the PDU output port to all loads and closing the PDU circuit
breaker, check the three-phase current imbalance detection function. The LED
lights up based on the detected current, and corresponding LEDs light up when
the N line current reaches specific values.

Overview
PW12V1 is a new generation of supercomputer power distribution unit. The product is equipped with 12 output ports, which can realize three-phase or single-phase voltage and current output of each output socket according to the actual needs of customers. Equipped with 125A three-phase hydraulic magnetic circuit breaker, the product can achieve overall overload protection, short circuit protection, the product provides each phase power LED status indication and three-phase load unbalance LED status indication. The product can adapt to the more complex working environment, through CB, cTUVus, CE-LVD and other safety certification.
Product installation
Preparation before installation
This power supply intelligent distribution unit PDU can only be installed and
maintained by qualified professionals, and the installation location is a
place that cannot be directly touched by human hands. Before installation,
non-electric installation must be confirmed. The intactness of the entire PDU
must be also checked. If any damage or damage to the appearance of the output
terminals exists hence violating the basic requirements for product
installation, please replace immediately or contact the manufacturer for
replacement.
Start installation.
Install according to the electrical wiring diagram and PDU installation
requirements. Use cables that comply with the installation ground regulations
for connection. The total lead length should not exceed 3m, too long will
increase the impedance. The input fixed wire buckle specification is
- PG36, and the input wire outer diameter should not exceed 32mm.
- L1, L2, L3, N recommended 3AWG (or 25mm²) cable, crimp terminal 25-6 OT terminal.
- PE recommended 4AWG (or 16mm²) yellow-green cable, crimp terminal 25-8 OT terminal.
Inspection after switch on.
When the PDU output port is connected to all loads and the PDU circuit breaker is closed, the three-phase current imbalance detection function is checked and the LED lights up according to the actual detected current, and the corresponding LED lights up when the N line current reaches the set value.
That is
- 10A corresponds to the first LED light,
- 30A corresponds to two LEDs,
- 55A for three LEDs,
- 80A corresponds to four LEDs.
Note: LED light is only an alarm display, even if the light will not affect the operation of the equipment, only to remind customers that each phase load balance, three-phase imbalance will correspondingly increase the overall loss, the need to adjust according to the current display is to try to access the same number of miners in each group.

Caution
PDU Installation Please try to install the outlets centered on the shelf so
that each cable is long enough to connect to the miner.
