Product Usage Instructions
Installation for Point-of-Entry/Whole House (CWCOND02 and CWCOND03)
- Ensure you have selected the correct size of water conditioner based on property flow rates.
- Turn off the water supply at the stop tap and drain the pipe to be cut.
- Locate the installation point in the pipework, measure, and remove the relevant section of the pipework.
- Install the Salamander Pumps’ Water Conditioner with the correct flow direction and tight fittings.
- Turn on the water supply slowly and check for leaks as pressure is restored.
- Installation is complete.
Installation for Point-of-Use/Single Outlet (CWCOND01)
- Ensure you have selected the correct size of water conditioner based on property flow rates.
- Disconnect the shower head/hose from the mixer valve.
- Connect the water conditioner to the mixer valve.
- Connect the shower head/hose to the water conditioner.
- Turn on the water supply slowly and check for leaks as pressure is restored.
- Installation is complete.

These water conditioners ensure shower heads and other appliances (including shower pumps) are protected from scale build up and are easy to clean. Suitable for domestic installation at either point-of-use to treat the water at a single appliance or point-of-entry for a whole house solution.

Ensure you have selected the correct size of water conditioner, in-line with property flow rates. See specification table overleaf.

Ensure the water supply is switched off at the stop tap and ensure the pipe that is to be cut is drained.

Locate the correct point in the pipework to install the water conditioner. Measure and remove the relevant area of pipework.

Fit the Salamander Pumps’ Water Conditionerensuring the flow direction is correct (refer to directional arrow on the product) and fittings are tight at both ends
The following fittings are supplied:
CWCOND02 – 15mm x 1/2” F
CWCOND03 – 22mm x 3/4” F -
Turn on supply slowly, checking for leaks as pressure is restored.

CWCOND01
Ensure you have selected the correct size of water conditioner, in line with

- Disconnect shower head/hose from mixer valve.
