ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:

Before installing, consult local electrical codes for wiring and grounding requirements.

Read and save these instructions.

Attach the mounting plate to the outlet box by using two box screws.

Unscrew two round-tail decorative nuts on the lamp shade, remove the shade from the lamp frame. Install an E26 bulb (not included), then align the lamp frame with two hole on the shade, and secure the frame with two round-tail decorative nuts.

Pull out the wires and grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using wire nuts, as follows:
–Connect the hot wire (usually black) from the fixture to the hot (usually black) wire from the power source.
–Connect the neutral wire (usually white) from the fixture to the neutral (white) wire from the power source.
–Attach the fixture grounding wire (usually bare wire) to the mounting plate with the green grounding screw marked GND. Then connect it to the house grounding wire with wire nut.
For safety purpose, wrap the connections with electrical tape, then carefully put the wires back into the outlet box. -
Attach the back plate to the mounting plate by inserting two mounting screws,then secure with two nuts.
Caution: With silicone caulking compound, caulk completely around where the back plate meets with the wall surface to prevent water from seeping into the outlet box.
Turn on the power at fuse or circuit box.
