Loosen the handle of the toolhead bracket, and then slide the toolhead into the bracket.

Adjust the height of the toolhead vertically until the top of the slider is level with the top of the bracket. Then, tighten the handle of the toolhead.

Specifically designed to power up the 40W laser module, the powerboosted toolhead cable is also compatible with other toolheads, which means that you do not need to replace the power-boosted toolhead cable when replacing toolheads.

Installing the Air Assist Pump

Attach the M5 air tube connector to the toolhead.

Insert the air tube into the M5 air tube connector.

To pull out the air tube, firmly press the round clamp of the air tube connector while pulling.

Use the two cable ties to collect and fix the toolhead cable and the air tube.

IF you have installed the Enclosure, thread the air tube through the snap bushing to the outside of the Enclosure.

Attach the M8 air tube connector to the air assist pump.

Insert the other end of the air tube into the M8 air tube connector.

To pull out the air tube, firmly press the round clamp of the air tube connector while pulling.

Connect the air assist pump conversion cable with the power cable of the air assist pump.

Insert the air assist pump conversion cable into the Heated Bed port of the controller.

IF you have installed the Enclosure, please place the air assist pump outside the Enclosure. Therefore, you will need to thread the air assist pump conversion cable through the snap bushing into the Enclosure.
