Get the Screwdriver Ready

Before use, ensure that the screwdriver head H2.5 is used for
assembling the machine. Before use, ensure that the screw bit
holder is put back into the handle.

Product Usage Instructions

Machine Assembly

  1. Turn on the machine.

  2. Swipe left on the homepage of the touchscreen.

  3. Select Controls from the menu.

  4. Tap Jog Mode.

  5. For subsequent assembly, move the toolhead near the middle of
    the X-axis.

  6. Move the support platform in alignment with where the screw
    holes on the baseplate are.

  7. Switch off the power and unplug the DC power cable.

  8. Disconnect the touchscreen cable from the controller and remove
    the touchscreen.

  9. If you already have the enclosure installed on your machine,
    unplug the DC power cable and the connecting cable of the Addon3
    port. Disconnect the touchscreen cable and remove the touchscreen.
    Detach the foot fixtures, and then remove the machine from the
    enclosure.

  10. Disconnect the toolhead cable and then detach the
    toolhead.

  11. Laterally place the machine and then detach the support
    platform.

  12. If the screws on the sliders are not aligning with the screw
    holes on the baseplate, move the support platform to the proper
    position.

  13. If you already have the 3D printer installed on your machine,
    there is no need to detach the heated bed, just disconnect the
    heated bed cable.

  14. Attach the platform bracket to the Y-axis.

  15. Replace the machine. From the middle, move the platform bracket
    to the position as illustrated.

  16. Attach the toolhead bracket to the X-axis.

Toolhead Assembly

This chapter takes 3D printing as a demonstration, all steps
demonstrated apply to all the other functions.

  1. Attach the toolhead plate to the 3D printing module.

  2. Loosen the handle of the toolhead bracket, and then slide the
    plate into the bracket.

  3. Tighten the handle of the toolhead bracket.

  4. Connect the toolhead with the controller.

Platform Assembly

Select one function to complete the assembly.

3D Printing

  1. Attach the platform plate to the original support platform that
    came with the machine.

Getthescrewdriverready.ThescrewdriverheadH2.5isusedforassemblingthemachine. Beforeuse,ensurethatthescrewbitholderisputbackintothehandle.
MachineAssembly
1.Turnonthemachine.Swipeleftonthehomepageofthetouchscreen>selectControls>tap JogMode.

Beforeuse,updatethefirmwaretoversion1.16.5orlater.ForTouchscreeninstalledwiththe firmwareofV1.9.0orlater,youcanupdateviaWi- FiorUSBflashdrive.Forfirmwarepreviousto V1.9.0,updateonlyviaUSBflashdrive.
Wi-FiUpdating 1.Turnonthemachine. 2.ConnectyourmachinetoaWi-Finetwork 3.Swipeleftonthetouchscreen>tapSettings>FirmwareUpdate>CheckforUpdates> UpdateNow>Complete. 4.Turnoffthemachine.Waitfor5seconds,andthenrestartthemachine.

1.16.5orlateranddisabledthequickswapfeature,swipeleftonthetouchscreen>tap

Settings>QuickSwapInstallStatustoenablethisfeature.

3.4Recalibrating

Afterinstallingthequickswapkit,thestrokeoftheYaxesandZaxiswillbereducedby

approximately15mm.Therefore,itisnecessarytorecalibratethe3Dprintingandlaser

function.RefertotherespectiveQuickStartGuidesbasedontheinstalledtoolhead.
