IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE AND SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
Wh en using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present,
basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
INTENDED USE

Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with, in or around the appliance

Intended for use with dogs or cats only. Do not use this pet feeder with puppies, kittens, dogs or cats not able to reach the food
tray or with any physical disab山ty -
Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this User Manual.
ELECTRICITY SAFETY
- DO NOT operate the appliance if it has a damaged power cord or plug, or if it is malfunctioning or has been damaged 1n any manner
- DO NOT immerse power cord, plugs, or the device base in water or other liquid or allow moisture to come into contact with these parts
- To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not place or store an appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink
- Always unplug the appliance when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning. Never unplug by pulling on power cord.
RELATED TO USE
- DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part any part of your product. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only. No user serviceable parts inside
- Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer
- Install 3 D batteries as backup power in case of power failure
- DO NOT allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. Cover or hide the power cord with care to prevent pets from biting
- DO NOT lift the pet feeder by lid, hopper, bowl or bowl holder Lift and carry feeder using both hands and hopper base, while keeping unit in upright position
- Install or store pet feeder on a level surface against wall or in a corner to avoid tripping
- For dry food use only. Do not use wet, canned, moist food or pet food with special shapes, holes or diameter above 12mm/0.6 inch
- Before leaving for extended time, always replace batteries with new batteries. Check operation frequently to be sure the pet feeder 1s dispensing properly
- Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Keep away from children and pets

Precautions
- Please use in he indoor environment. do not use in the balcony and other places with direct sunlight.
- Please do not drop any items other than dry pet food into the storage bucket. Otherwise, the equipment may be ab normal or spoiled the risk of ingestion.
- To prevent pets from fall ing over, it is recommended to place the feeder corner or against a wall.
- Please cover or store the power cord to prevent pets from biting the cord and causing electric shock and other dangerous situations.
- Do not disassemble or modify the device by yourself.
- This product does not sup port pet food with irregular shape, holes and larger than 12mm. only suitable for pet dry food Do not put wet food in.
- The grain shape and density of pet grain will cause a certain deviation to grain bucket capacity.
- If the battery is powered , the standby time can be up to 10 days. Please lace the battery before you travel.
- The number of grams per serving varies with different grain densities.
Control Button
Connect App
- Long press the feed button to unlock it when the battery is powered for the first time (the screen will light up).
- Make sure the Bluetooth function on the smart device is open.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Make sure the pet feeder is unplugged before cleaning. Dry all parts thoroughly and reinstall it
- Wipe only with a soft and damp cloth, do not rinse or submerge.
- Suggest to clean the food hopper, food impeller and food bowl regularly.
Troubleshooting
Q: Cannot connect the pet feeder with my smart device
A: • Make sure Bluetooth on your device is enabled and your device is
connected to a secure network.
• Place the pet feeder close to your device.
• Check if the pet feeder is connected to another device. Reset by holding the
Setting button for 1 Os and try again.
Q: Connection failure prompted when already connected
A: If App is exited during use, the indicator will turn off indicating a
disconnection. Open App and wait for a few seconds, it will reconnect
automatically.
Q: Food does not come out
A: • Be sure to fill in dry food with size of 2-12mm / 0.08-0.6in in diameter.
• Remove the food tank to check if the dispensing rotor is properly installed.
• Check if the food is stuck or food outlet is blocked.
• Check if the pet feeder is properly connected to a powered electrical outlet
or if outage occurs with no back-up batteries installed.
• If fed with APP, check if the pet feeder is connected to your device
(indicator light up on screen).
Q: LED display OFF
A: • Make sure the pet feeder is properly connected to a powered electrical
outlet with the included cable and power adapter.
• Check if Auto Display OFF is enabled. Press any button to wake up the
screen. To enable or disable the feature, press the “-” button twice.
• When using with back-up battery only, the Auto Display OFF feature will be
activated automatically. Press any button to wake up the screen.
Q: Cannot hear any voice recordings when feeding
A:• Make sure you have recorded successfully. Press Record button once to
record (Max. 10s) with loud voice towards microphone.
• To save battery power, the voice recordings are not available when using
with back-up battery only.
Q: Can I use my pet feeder without APP
A: Yes, you can control your pet feeder with buttons.

residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the
equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receive, Connect the
equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the
receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
FCC Radiation Exposure Statement:
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with
minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.
