Function introduction

1. Settings: Set system functions
2. Apple CarPlay: Special connector for iPhone
3. Android Auto: Special connector for Android mobile phone
4. Dashcam: Click to enter the video recording interface
5. FM Transmitter: When turned on, the device will transmit the sound to the original vehicle
6. Bluetooth: Click to enter the Bluetooth connection interface and play Bluetooth music

8. Time and Date: Displays the current time and date
9. Brightness button: Click to adjust screen brightness

Apple CarPlay

As shown in the figure above, click the [ Apple CarPlay ] button to enter the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto selection, click the [Bluetooth Management] option of the interface, and connect to Bluetooth with the mobile phone, you can open the application. When the machine is powered on, it will try to automatically connect to the last connected phone.
( Turn off Wi-Fi button to disconnect. the Apple Carplay option only supports iPhones , Turn off the phone Wi-Fi button to disconnect ) Note: In the drop-down menu of the mobile phone, you need to click to turn off Bluetooth first, and then click the Turn off WiFi button to disconnect. Just turn off the WiFi button alone, and the car will keep trying to reconnect

Andorid Auto

Turn on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of the mobile phone first, then select the [Android Auto] option, click the [BT Manage] option of the interface, connect Bluetooth with the phone, you can open the application.
(Turn off Wi-Fi button to disconnect) After replacing the mobile phone, the connection data of the previous mobile phone will be erased.Turn on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of the mobile phone first, then select the [Android Auto] option, click the [BT Manage] option of the interface, connect Bluetooth with the phone, you can open the application.
(Turn off Wi-Fi button to disconnect)
After replacing the mobile phone, the connection data of the previous mobile phone will be erased.

Apple Airplay

Apple AirPlay can transmit videos, audio and pictures from iPhone to car device to play to watch. It is fundamentally different from the Bluetooth wireless.Select the smart screen in the screen mirror in the iPhone control center
Note: Only support iPhone mobile phones

Mirror Cast

It can realize the mirror projection of the mobile phone and the car machine.
You need to scan the code with your mobile phone to download, install and run the
“TcLink” application. Note: Only supports Android phones

Bluetooth Music

Turn on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of the mobile phone first, and select [Bluetooth Music] option. Click the [BT Manage] option on the interface to connect Bluetooth to the mobile phone and start playing music.
The buttons correspond to Last, Play / Pause and Next, respectively Click on the Lyrics button [ ]to display the lyrics.
Click the [ ] button to enter the Dvr screen
(Some mobile music player apps do not support displaying lyrics)

Bluetooth

As shown in the figure above, click the Bluetooth button [ ] to switch on the device after entering the Bluetooth interface The page will display the device name, such as: T86-1BCC9D, and click the Modify button [ ] to modify the Bluetooth name of the device.
Select the device name with Bluetooth, and the remote device name of the phone will appear after successfully connecting.
At this time, you can play mobile phone music and other functions.
After connecting to Bluetooth, you can use the call function:
Click the Disconnect button [ ] to actively disconnect the Bluetooth.
After turning on the “Auto Connect” button, even after the mobile phone is disconnected, the machine will automatically try to connect to the phone.
Click the back button[ ] to return to the previous page.

WIFI Video

After the mobile phone has downloaded the APP, turn on the WIFI function of the mobile phone, connect to the hotspot name displayed on the machine side, enter the password 12345678, and wait for the mobile phone and the machine to connect successfully. Open the mobile side APP [Viidure] and click the camera position below. The mobile phone will display the camera preview screen on the machine, and the machine will close any operation and only display the camera preview screen.As shown in the figure above, first scan the QR code to download the corresponding APP. After downloading, open the APP, and follow the APP prompts to connect to the WiFi of the machine. WiFi name: T86-XXXXXX, password as shown on the machine.
(Turn off the mobile phone WiFi key to disconnect)

DVR

As shown in the picture above, the main page will not display the camera image, you need to click the Dvr button to view the camera image. When a card is inserted, the system automatically enters the video mode, and when recorded, the small red dots in the [Driving Monitoring] button will flash.

Playback

As shown above, click the [Playback] button to enter the video playback interface.
You can click any to play back the video and play the video on the right.

[Front] cyclic video shot by the front camera.
[Rear] a circular video shot by the rear camera.
[Lock] Click the video saved after locking.
[Photos] Click to view the pictures taken by the one-click photo function.
Click the [Delete] button to delete the material.

Audio output

As shown in the figure, click the [Audio Output] button to enter the audio output selection interface.
Car audio output: Click to enter, four options (speaker, Carplay/Auto, FM, AUX) can be selected.

1. Speaker[Speaker] : The sound will be played from the speaker of the smart screen.

2. Carplay/Auto
   [ Carplay/Auto]: Select this mode, and then connect to[ Apple CarPlay Jor[ Android Auto] to cast the screen, you can use the phone’s Bluetooth to directly connect to the original car’s Bluetooth. After the connection is successful, all sounds from the device will be transmitted to the original car speakers via Bluetooth.
   After selecting this mode, the volume icon will change to the Bluetooth transmission icon [   ] , and the volume cannot be adjusted on this device, so the volume must be adjusted on the original car. Requirements:
   1. The car supports Bluetooth.
   2. Only iPhone and Android Auto enabled phones are supported Advantages of BT for Carplay feature:
   In this mode, the user does not need to set the audio output
   ① Select [BT for carplay/Auto] mode in [Audio Channel] on the smart screen.
   ② Connect to Apple Carplay or Android Auto mode with your phone.
   ③ Connect the Bluetooth of the original car with the Bluetooth of the mobile phone.
   After completing the above 3 steps, the audio or call data can be played from the original car stereo.
   Other instructions: channel on the mobile phone to the original car Bluetooth device every time after getting in the car. The sound is directly sent from the mobile phone to the Bluetooth of the original car, and you can enjoy the sound quality of the original car.
   BT for Carplay usage steps:
   After completing the above three steps on the Android phone, if the music is still playing from the phone, you need to open the phone status bar and switch the audio output channel to the car Bluetooth playback, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2:
   Alternatively, in the Bluetooth settings of the phone, locate the Bluetooth device that was previously connected to Android Auto: T86 XXXXXX (not the original car Bluetooth device), click the settings button on the right side of the Bluetooth, and close the [Media
   Audio] button, as shown in Figures 3 and 4:

3. FM Transmitter
   After selecting this mode, the FM transmission mode will be turned on by default. For
   example, if the device’s FM transmit band is tuned to FM 106.0 MHz (any unoccupied
   channel can be used), the car radio will also tune its receive band to the same FM 106.0 Hz.
   After the connection is successful, all the sounds of the device will be transmitted to the
   original car speakers through FM transmission.
   After selecting this mode, the volume icon will change to an FM transmission icon [ ] ., and the volume cannot be adjusted on this device, so the volume must be
   adjusted on the original car.
   (Not using the original power cord may result in deterioration of the FM transmission signal or loss of function.)

4. AUX
   [AUX: After selecting this mode, the AUX output mode will be turned on by default. Use the AUX sound source cable to connect the smart screen to the original car. After the connection is successful, all the sounds of the device will be transmitted to the original car speakers through the AUX sound source cable for playback.After selecting this mode, the volume icon will change to the AUX output icon [ ] and the volume cannot be adjusted on this device, so the volume must be adjusted on the original car.

Setting

As shown in the figure, click the [ ] button in the lower left corner to enter the setting interface.

selection: 720P+720P / 1080P+1080P / 2.5K+720P (different models, options will be somewhat different, subject to the actual object)
Split time| Click [Split time) to enter the setting of the video segmentation time: Video segmentation time is optional: 2 minutes / 3 minutes / 5 minutes. The system defaults to 3 minutes.
Microphone| Click [Microphone] to enter the settings: You can choose to close or open.
Image mirror| Click [Image mirror] to enter the settings: You canchoose to close or open.
This option makes it easier for customers to install the camera flexibly.
Time lapse video| See the instructions below.1
Screen saver| Click [Screen saver] to enter the settings:
Screen saver can be set to: off / 10 seconds / 30 seconds / 1 minute Set 1 or 5 minutes, the system will run without corresponding time, and the screen will automatically turn off.
After entering the screen saver, press the power button again to light up the screen.
Voice control| Click [Voice Control) to enter the settings:
Voice control commands are: Show rear camera / Turn on display / Turn off display
3 language control commands, after opening the option, in the video interface, say the corresponding command entry, the system will perform the corresponding operation.
Driving Position| Click [Driving Position] to enter the settings:
You can choose the left rudder or right rudder, the shortcut menu bar in Apple Carplay. choose the left rudder on the left, choose the right rudder on the right.
Reverse line
calibration| See the instructions below.2
Language| Click [Language] to enter the settings: Language can be set up: Simplified English
Factory reset| Click [Factory reset] to enter the Settings:
Restore the factory settings, and you restore all the settings to the initial state.
Firmware version| Click on [Firmware version] to enter the menu:
This option is available in the current basic version for easy confirmation.

1. Time lapse video
   In the settings, click the “time lapse video” option, you can choose “off”, “12 hours”, “24 hours” (default off). After selecting the monitoring time for 12 hours or 24 hours, when the car is turned off (ACC is disconnected), the system will turn off the screen  after a five-second countdown to reduce power consumption and enter monitoring.
   The system cannot do anything at this point unless the car is re-ignitioned (ACC powered). Manually touch the screen to light up the screen display, the system will prompt “parking monitoring, shut down later”.
   In the settings, if the “time-lapse video” function is selected to “off”, after the car is turned off (ACC is disconnected), the system will enter the normal shutdown process, and will not enter the parking monitoring function;
   “Time-lapse video” is continuous shooting at the speed of one frame per second, taking up very little space. But then it will play at 30 frames per second, so there will be a 30 times faster visual effect.
   Note: And this function needs to be connected to a normal power supply in order to use it normally!

2. Reverse Line Calibration
   Click [Reverse Line Calibration] to enter the settings:

Park the car in the middle of the parking space, manually drag [ ], adjust the position of the reversing auxiliary line up, down, left and right, so that the reversing auxiliary line and the parking line are level with the ground.
After adjusting the reversing line, click [confirm] to confirm. usting the reversing line, click [confirm] to confirm.

Troubleshooting

Check whether the DC head of the cigarette lighter power cord is damaged or aging.
② Check whether the fuse of the power plug is disconnected or burned.
2| No touch phenomenon| ① Touch is invalid during power-on, wait for normal power-on before operation.
② Check whether the touch is damaged, do not touch the screen with sharp objects, it is easy to scratch and damage.
3| The rear view camera has no image| ① Buy the manufacturer’s matching rear- view camera before it can be used.
② Whether the AVIN interface is inserted to the bottom. © Check if the camera format matches
4| Machine heat, jam phenomenon| Avoid direct sunlight or exposure to sunlight during use. The normal operating temperature of T86MP5 is -4-149 F. After disconnecting the power supply, the temperature of T86 will be lower than 149 °F and work normally.
5| Carplay cannot connect| ① The first connection takes a littlelonger.
② Only iPhone supports Carplay.
③ Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal.
④ Enter Settings-General-Carplay vehicle, delete all records and reconnect.
⑤ Restart the iPhone and reconnect it.
6| Android Autocannot connect| ① Only Android phones are supported.
② Update Auto and related applications on mobile phones to the latest version.
③ Do not enable VPN on the mobile phone.
④ Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal.
⑤ Restart the Android phone and connect it again.
7| The bluetooth music| Please set the screen casting mode to Bluetooth music. Other modes do not support Bluetooth music.

Reminder: Please ensure that there is no obstruction between the mobile phone and the device, and the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth signal communication is smooth, otherwise the product functions cannot be used smoothly.
