FEATURES

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

Step 1 : Attach part H bench support to part D bench leg with two #7 Bolt two # 14 nuts. In this step there are two holes on the Bench leg must upward.

Step 2 : Attach Part J handrail to part Kupper side frame with two #6 screw and #10 washers.

Step3 : Attach Part B side frame to the part C side leg with four pieces

2 carriage bolt and four pieces #9 washers and four pieces #13 nuts.

Attach Part K upper side frame to part B with #3 knob and make sure the knob must insert from both side into the middle.

Step 4 : Assemble the main structure. First, attach part F round support to part B side frame with two #6 screws and two #10 washers. Second, attach part E square support to part B side frame with 4 pieces of# 1 Bolt and #9 washers and # 13 nuts.

Step 5: Attach Part H Bench support to Part A Bench with #5 bolt and #10 washer and #14 nut. Use #16 Pin to secure the bench support angle.
Assemble two #23 plastic knob thumb on each side of Bench.

Step 6 : Assemble bench to main structure, attached A bench to F round support with two #4 bolt and two # 10 washers and two #14 nuts.

Step 7 : Assemble part L dumbbell support with two #6 screw and two # 10 washers.
Assemble part G bracket with two # 15 Pin.

Step 8 : Attach the part N leg holder to the Part I leg exercise bar with

8 screw and #11 washer and #12 nut. Put on the part O roller foam on part N

leg holder.
Put on the #23 plastic knob thumb on part I leg exercise bar.
