- Check for power:
- The indicator light will not turn off until the machine is hot enough to produce steam.
- If the machine still will not produce steam, the steam nozzle may be blocked.

- Allow machine time to heat up & produce steam
- If red indicator light will not turn off > Check for water in machine
- Unplug machine & wait for it to cool
- Fill tank with water & try again

Check for power
- Unplug machine
- Examine power cord for visible damage or exposed wires > If damaged > Contact Us
- Fill tank with water
- Do not use any type of chemical in tank as it will damage machine
- Plug machine into a functioning outlet
- Try using an alternate outlet if first one does not work
- Indicator light turns on when machine is plugged into a working outlet
- Indicator light will not turn off until machine is hot enough to produce steam
- If machine still will not produce steam > steam nozzle may be blocked
Check for obstructions
- Remove nozzle attachment & press steam trigger
- Machine steams without attachment > Attachment could be clogged
- Clean spray tip with a soft brush or a small tool
