About Low Temperature Cut Off LiFePO4 Battery
Low temperature cut off function
Charging low temperature protection: When the ambient temperature is lower
than 32 °F (0℃), the charging function will be turned off, and charging will
not be possible at this time. When the temperature returns to >41℉ (5℃), it
can be charged normally.
Discharge low-temperature protection: When the ambient temperature is lower
than -4℉(-20℃), the discharge function will be turned off, and discharge
cannot be performed at this time. When the ambient temperature returns to
5℉(-15℃), the battery can resume discharging.
NOTE
- Charging Temperature: 32° F {0° C) to 122 C).
- Discharge Temperature: -4° F(-20°C) to 140 °F {50 °F (60 °C).
- If it is a 4-string lithium iron battery pack, the charge protection voltage is 3.65V叫=14.6V, and the discharge protection voltage is 2.5V*4=10V.
How to charge the battery?
Scheme 1: You can use a lithium iron phosphate 4-string charger to charge
the battery pack.
Scheme 2: You can use photovoltaic solar panels to charge the battery
through MPPT.
Scheme 3: You can use the inverter to charge the battery pack (note: the
inverter needs a built-in AC to DC charging function)

How to Connect in Parallels and in Series
Our LiFeP04 batteries can be connected in parallels and in series for larger capacity and higher voltage. We suggest that the max connection in series is: 4 pcs batteries to 48V, the Max connection in parallels is: it can connect multiple batteries, and no more than 10 pcs in parallel. Products from different manufacturers cannot be connected in series or in parallel. When the batteries are used in parallel or series, the voltage must be the same. It can support fast charging and solar panel charging.
Precautions
- Please use the LiFeP04 battery charger specifically for that purpose.
- Do not strike battery with any sharp edge parts, such as Ni-tabs, pins and needles.
- Do not immerse the battery in water and seawater.
- Do not use or leave the battery near a heat source such as fire or heater.
- Do not reverse the position and negative terminals.
- Do not connect the battery to an electrical outlet.
- Do not throw the battery in fire or heat it and bend it
- Please tighten the battery terminals firmly and use appropriate size wiring , or it can result in overheating and battery damage
- Do not connect the positive and negative terminals with metal object.
- Do not transport or store the battery together with metal objects such as necklaces, hairpins etc.
- Do not directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp object.
NOTE:
The battery should be stored within the temperature range specified in the
product specification. If the storage time exceeds 3 months, it is recommended
that you charge the lithium iron phosphate battery.
Otherwise, the service life of the battery may be affected.
Discharge current: Do not exceed the specified maximum discharge current.
Discharge voltage: Do not be lower than the specified voltage.
Discharge temperature: The discharge temperature is in according to this
specification. NOTE:
- When you receive the product, please read the product manual carefully, which contains the installation method, precautions and detailed warranty terms of the product.
- When you use the battery for the first time, please fully charge it.

About our battery’ s BMS
The unique built-in battery management system (BMS) of our product’s lithium
battery can protect it from overcharge, deep discharge, overload, overheating
and short circuit, and low self-discharge rate. Our BMS has a high and low
temperature disconnect function. When the internal temperature of the battery
reaches 75℃( 167°F)、 lower than 0℃( 32°F),i t will automatically disconnect to
protect the battery. It also possesses overcharge and overdischarge protection
functions, when the overcharge voltage exceeds 15V or the overdischarge
voltage is lower than 8.8V, the battery will automatically disconnect. Our
recommended charging voltage are 14.2-14. 6V . If the charging voltage is
lower than 13.8V, the battery power (with a deviation of 1-2%) cannot be fully
charged.

- Within 90 days from the date of purchase, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide refund services.
