Thank you for purchasing our HM802 Digital CO; Controler. It is a simple to
use, highly accurate digital Oz controller. The Controller is very precisely
measures and controls the carbon dioxide level in the room, accurately
maintaining your desired PPM level of carbon dioxide. Its large and easy-to-
read LCD screen displays exact PPM readings down to 1 PPM resolution.

FUNCTIONS
MUTE| Press and hold the DEADBAND button for 3 seconds to ON/OFF the buzzer
℃/℉| Press and hold the UP button for 3 seconds to change ℃/℉
MAX/MIN| Press the MAX/MIN button to display the CO2 MAX/MIN PPM record, press
any button or wait about 10 seconds the screen will return to normal display,
if you press and hold the MAX/MIN button for 3 seconds, the record will be
reset.
RESET| Press both of UP and DOWN button for 3 seconds to restore factory
setting.
Select the PLANT MODE or HUMAN MODE
Press and hold the UP button while power on to change the PLANT MODE or HUMAN
MODE.
Please watch the video on the Amazon link. Controller typical setup:
For plant: Photocell automatically tums off CO2 regulator or CO2 generator
during dark
PLANT MODE
Auto Detect Day/Night| The built-in Photocell sensor can automatically detect
whether it is Day or Night. It can override the CO2 control and shut off the
CO2 generator by turning off the output power during the night. Conversely, if
the Photocell detects light and the CO2 level is low, the device will start
the CO2 generator by turning on output power.
SET POINT| Press the UP or DOWN button to set the target PPM
DEADBAND| Press the DEADBAND button to set the desired deadband setting (the
deadband range is 50~500PPM, each press is 50PPM)
Example: If the SETPOINT=1000PPM, and the DEADBAND=200PPM, the CO2 output
will start to work below 1000-200=800PPM, and shut off over 1000+200=1200PPM.
That means the unit will allow a 200 ppm swing above or below your Set Point
CO2 Setting.
HUMAN MODE
AL1| Press the UP or DOWN button to set the AL1 (AL1 range is 800~2500PPM,
default AL1= 800PPM, each press is 100PPM)
When the CO2 Controller detects that CO2 concentration exceeds the AL1 level,
the buzzer
will sound intermittently, the relay will be triggered, and the Ventilation
Fan will be activated.
AL2| Press DEADBAND button, the “AL2” icon will flash, then press the UP or
DOWN button to set the AL2 (AL2 range is 2600~5000PPM, default AL2=2600PPM,
each press is 100PPM) If CO2 concentration continues to rise above the second
alarm level (AL2), the tempo of the buzzer will increase.
Calibration
Please calibrate the controller manually if the readings become inaccurate.
Take the CO2 sensor (probe uni) to the outside.
According the right side picture, connect the sensor and the mobile power
supply (5V) by power cords (type-C). Press the CALI button for 3 seconds, the
green LED and red LED will flash alternately.
Waiting about 15 minutes, the calibration wil completed
If PASS, the green LED will flash; if FAIL, the red LED wil flash, please do
it again.
