Thanks for choosing the VONIA Smart Personal Scale. This body composition scale can help you conveniently measure body weight, body balance, BMI, body fat rate, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle rate, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, BMR, body age, and more.
IMPORTANT:
- Read the instructions in this manual carefully before using the device. Failure to comply with the instructions given in the manual or using this personal scale in ways other than the ones mentioned in this manual may result in injury to yourself or damage to the personal scale.
- Make sure to include this manual when passing this device on to third parties.

Warnings
- DO NOT use with medical implants such as pacemakers.
- DO NOT stand on the edge of the personal scale or jump on it.
- DO NOT overload the personal scale (Max. 180kg).
- DO NOT drop the personal scale or drop any objects on it as this may damage the sensors.
- DO NOT immerse the personal scale in water or use chemical cleaning agents. Clean the personal scale with a slightly damp cloth.
- The personal scale is not recommended for pregnant women, infants, toddlers, and children under 10 years of age.
- Any measurement obtained using this device is for reference only and should not be considered a medical opinion.
- Consult your primary care doctor or physician before making changes to your diet, exercise plan, or physical activities.
- Always place the personal scale on a hard, dry, and flat surface before measurement.
- Make sure your feet are dry before stepping on the personal scale.
- Connect the batteries following the correct polarities indicated.
- Remove the batteries if the personal scale is not used for a prolonged time.

Installing the app

Search “Fit days” in the Apple Store or Google Play or scan the QR Code below:
Supported Devices:- iOS 8.0 or higher
- Android 6.0 or higher

Download and install the app on your device.

The app icon will appear on your phone or tablet after the installation is completed.
Use of the app

Insert 2xAAA batteries (included in the package) into the battery holder on the back of the personal scale. Place the personal scale on hard, flat ground.

Register your ID by email or social media account.

Add your data and confirm.
Note: Entering the wrong gender, age, height, or physique may result in the measurements being inaccurate.

Pair the personal scale through Bluetooth. Click Mine My device find the scale ID pair and now your phone is connected to the personal scale.

Tap your foot on the personal scale to activate the display. Wait until the display shows “0.00” kg.

Step on the personal scale with BARE feet to turn the personal scale on.
Note:
If stepping on the personal scale with socks, only weight and BMI will be measured and displayed on the app. Step on the personal scale with bare feet to get complete data. -
The number on the display is flashing when the personal scale is weighing and analyzing. When the display shows your left weight & right weight, then you will have about 5-10s to adjust your feet. Try to get an equal left & right weight. Continue to stand on the personal scale until the circle is stable and shows “Finished”. Your phone has received all the data from the personal scale.

You can find the analyzing report on body weight, BMI, BFR, muscle, bone mass, etc. (see the app functions for full details of the recorded parameters). When you click Record, you can see your long-term tracking results.

Add, switch a user by clicking , or click Me Manage users, then add personal data. The Smart personal scale can recognize which user has stepped on it and reminds the user to switch to the correct user. Each account can support 24 users.

Weighing baby: click “+” Baby Mode. Step on the personal scale. The personal scale gets your weight. Then hold the baby to get the weight of the baby.

C| An error has accorded during measurement. Step off the personal scale
and step onto it again to repeat the measuring process.
Troubleshooting
- Bluetooth is not connected.
- The personal scale and smartphone must both have Bluetooth on.
- Check the OS version of your smartphone. It must be iOS 8.0 or higher/Android 6.0 or higher.
- Click Me My device and find the scale ID.
- There is no body fat data measured when weighing.
- The user must be barefoot to measure the body fat.
- Make sure your feet and the personal scale are both dry.
- The personal scale has not finished weighing when the number display is flashing. Keep standing on the personal scale for around 10 seconds until the number on the display stops flashing.
- Bluetooth is not turned on.
- Bluetooth is paired with another personal scale.
- The personal scale is producing inconsistent weight.
- Check whether the personal scale is on a hard, flat surface.
- Check each foot sensor on the back to make sure nothing is stuck to the bottom of it.
- Remove and replace the batteries to restart the personal scale.
- The app is displaying the incorrect fat-muscle ratio.
- The body parameter setting is incorrect. Check to make sure you entered the correct gender, height, and age.
- How do I re-calibrate the personal scale after moving it or changing the batteries?
- Step on the personal scale to turn it on. Let it automatically drop to 0.00kg to calibrate.
- The personal scale does not turn on.
- Remove the batteries and put them back. Make sure to insert the batteries with the correct polarity.
- How to change the unit?
- Find the unit button at the back of the personal scale. Press it to exchange the unit from Kg to lb or St.
Battery Advice
- If the personal scale is not to be used for long periods, it’s recommended to remove the batteries to avoid damage to the personal scale due to possible battery leakage.
- Keep the batteries out of reach of children.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, with different compositions or of different brands to prevent possible leakage or explosion.
- Do not heat or deform the batteries or expose them to fire.
Disposal
- The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner and take it to a recycling center.
- Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner. Dispose of it at a recycling center for used electrical and electronic devices. You can obtain more information from your local authorities.
- The batteries should be removed before disposal of the device and disposed of separately from the device. To protect the environment, non-rechargeable and rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of with normal household waste, but must be taken to suitable collection points. Also, note the relevant statutory regulations governing the disposal of batteries.
Warranty
We grant a 1-year warranty on our products. The customer must be able to show proof of purchase and the warranty must be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not apply:
- Damage caused by improper use or repair
- Parts subject to wear
- For defects of which the customer was aware at the time of purchase
- In the event of defects due to the customer’s fault
- In case of damage by third parties
