Assembly

To assemble the weight bench, follow these steps:

Step 1 – Front Base Assembly

1. EN: Put together the front base tube (3) with stand (9) and secure it with bolts (19×2), washers (21×2), and nylon nuts (23×2).

Step 2 – Back Frame Assembly

4. EN: Screw together the back frame (5L)(6R) with the tube (7) by using the bolts (13×4), washers (20×8), and nylon nuts (22×4).

Step 3 – Adjustable Tube and Plate Assembly

8. EN: Insert the adjustable tube (8) into the back frame (5L)(6R) and lock it with quick pin (4).

Step 4 – Cushion Attachment

11. EN: Attach the cushion (11) to the main frame (1) and secure it with bolts (17×6) and washers (21×6).

ASSEMBLY

1. Put together the front base tube (3) with stand (9) and secure it with bolts (19×2), washers (21×2) and nylon nuts (23×2).
2. Screw in completed front base with the main frame (1) with bolts (12×1), washers (20×2), nylon nuts (22×1) and quick pin (18).
3. Insert tube (2) into the main frame (1) and lock it with hex bolt (15).

1. Screw together the back frame (5L)(6R) with the tube (7) by using the bolts (13×4), washers (20×8) and nylon nuts (22×4).

2. Screw together the cross tube (2) with the back frame (5L)(6R) by using the bolts (14×2) and washers (20×2).

3. Insert the adjustable tube (8) into the back frame (5L)(6R) and lock it with quick pin (4).

4. Attach the adjustable plate (10) to the back frame (5L)(6R) and lock it with quick pin (18).

1. Attach the cushion (11) to the main frame (1) and secure it with bolts (17×6) and washers (21×6).
