What's the firmness of this mattress ?
The mattress has soft and medium-soft firmness levels to meet the different needs of individual preference.
How to adjust the firmness?
① Open the zipper at the bottom of mattress ; ② Reverse the foam core, then close the zipper; ③ Or reverse the mattress directly
Does this mattress get hot?
No. The breathable ice silk fabric with air side mesh & the cooling gel- infused foam with perforated design increase airflow and keep a cooling sleep all the night.
Does the mattress have a smell?
The mattress might has a mild scent, it is normal with newly manufactured foam. Do not worry, it will dissipate in a couple of days in a well-ventilated room.
Can the cover be washed?
Yes. The cover is easy to remove for hand or machine wash, just open the zipper at the bottom and wash it at up to 104℉/40°C. For more notice, find our laundry guide.
How long does the mattress take to fully expand?
It comes with compressed package, usually it will expand within a few hours, but we recommend giving it 48-72 hours to fully expand.
