Operating Instructions

1. Before connecting the device, please keep both “Bluetooth” and “Wifi” on your phone turned on.

2. Please turn on the device and press and hold the on/off button of the device for about two seconds to turn on the device (the indicator light will flash when the device is powered on).

3. Open the “EarVision” you have downloaded and click theQ,in the red box to search for device WIFI.

4. When you use “EarVision” for the first time, the following prompt box will pop up. Please select “Allow” to authorize the use of EarVision.

5. You will be prompted for “Permissions”. You need to use “Location”, “Bluetooth” and other permissions, please click “OK”.

6. When prompted with “Privacy Policy”, please select’ Agree”.

7. If “EarVision” wants to find and connect to devices on your local network, please select “Allow”.

8. If “EarVision” wants to use “Bluetooth”, please select ‘OK”.

9. If “EarVision” wants to use wireless data, please select “WLAN Only”.

10.  If “EarVision” wants to join the WLAN network “softish-xxxx”?
    Please select “Join”.

11. If “EarVision” wants to access location information, please select “Precise location” and “Allow only while using the app.” 0Your location information will not be disclosed.
    Only used to connect to product WIFI.

12. If the WIFI connection cannot be established, please go back or restart the machine and run the application again.

Indicator Light Description

After pressing and holding the power switch button for two seconds to tum on the computer, the indicator light will turn blue. When the light flashes slowly, it means the machine is not connected. When the light is always on, ii means the machine is connected. When the light flashes quickly, ii means the battery is low and please charge.

Charging Instructions

Please connect the USB cable to the charging port of your device, the indicator light will light up red when charging starts. When fully charged, the indicator light will tum off.

Care and Maintenance

1. After each use, clean and disinfect the ear spoon to ensure hygiene and safety.
   Do not leave debris or earwax on the ear spoon.

2. After prolonged use, the lens will become dirty, please clean it regularly.

3. The temperature of the product will rise slightly (up to 35°C or less) It’s normal.

4. After using, please use a cotton swab or scft cloth to clean the head of the ear spoon and the lens part. When cleaning the camera part, please be careful not to use excessive force.
