PAR-64 Lamp Gel Replacement
Specifications
- Model: Par-46, Par-56, Par-64
- Lamp Type: Not specified, must be replaced with the same type

Product Usage – Lamp Replacement
Caution: Always disconnect the main power before attempting to replace the lamp.
- Disconnect the main power and allow ample time for the lamp to cool down.
- Pull the thumb knob located on the top of the unit.
- Slide the back end of the unit apart from the front half.
- Disconnect the old lamp from the socket.
- Squeeze the lamp retainer ring together and remove it to free the old lamp.
- Slide the old lamp out.
- Slide the new lamp into the socket.
- Reconnect the lamp to the socket.
- Replace the lamp retainer ring to secure the new lamp in place.
- Reconnect the back end to the front half of the unit.
Product Usage – Color Gel Replacement
- Press down on the gel release clip.
- While pressing down on the gel release clip, simply slide the color gel out.

Par-46, 56, and 64
LAMP AND GEL REPLACEMENT
This Par can has been tested and the lamp has been installed at the factory. However, the lamp is not connected to the socket. You must remove the packing foam and connect the lamp to the sock-et. There is no power switch, after plugging the Par can in, it will light up. This Par can is fitted with a lamp which is highly susceptible to damage if improperly handled. Never move the fixture until the lamps have had ample time to cool. Remember, lamps are not covered under warranty conditions.
- WARNING! The Par can lamp is packed to protect against cracking during shipping. Please remember to remove all packing material before connecting to a power source.

Color Gel Replacement

Press down on the gel release clip.
