- A fire may occur if burner is covered or touches flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, overhead cabinets, paper or plastic products, cloth towels, and the like, when in operation.
- Place the appliance on a flat and heat-resistant surface, and use it in a well-ventilated area.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Check to ensure that the electrical circuit is not overloaded with other appliances.
- Place the unit on stable,heat-resistant place.be sure to place in a safe area and leave 4 to 6 inches of space above and around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Extend the power cable,making sure it is not in contact with any heat source. Insert the plug into an outlet. Caution: Do not touch burner while in use.
- In order to make hot plate durable,before use it in the first time, please heat up at maximum setting for approximately 4 minutes without a pot. It will burn off any residue on the hot plate.
- Put a pot on one of the hot plate and set your desired temperature using the temperature dial. The bigger the number, the higher the hot plate’s temperature. While the plate is heating up, the heating indicator lights up. Once it turns off, the hot plate has reached the set temperature.
- You can choose a temperature setting from 1 -6.

- When cooking is complete, turn temperature control dial(s) to the OFF position.
- When not in use, unplug unit to ensure that it is off, which helps prevent accidental burns.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- There is slight smoke the first time it is used -this is normal, and it will disappear within a few minutes.
- Do not burn hot plate without any pots/pans after the initial burn-off process.
- Do not use as a portable heater. Make sure the power-supply cord does not touch hot elements or cooking utensils.
- Tips: for daily cooking, wipe any water/condensation off pots, lids and utensils prior to use.
- Make sure that hot pots or pans do not touch the housing; this could damage the housing’s finish.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Turn temperature control dial(s) to the OFF position.

- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any liquid.
- Clean the hot plate floor after use to avoid build-up residue.as this will affect the cooking performance.
- The top and bottom of the appliance should be cleaned with washing liquid and sponge.
- Never use harsh abrasives or caustic cleaners.
- For easy cleaning, keep the burners sealed.Do not attempt to separate burners from the unit.
- Keep burner and it’s rings dry when it cools down.

SUNAVO Limited Warranty covers 2 Years after original purchase and is valid only for the following:
- We warrant that your hot plate will be free of defects in materials and workmanship by manufacturer.
- When it is under normal use according to our user manual.
This warranty does not cover:
- Product misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, repairs, alterations, or lack of maintenance.
- This warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners,who is not authorized.
