The W4239 Wi-Fi articulation video scope system is in conformance with the requirements of the European law on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. This means that our product is both lead-free and without hazardous substances either in the manufacturing process or in the final product.

FCC STATEMENT

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, according to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. Software(APP)
“Videoscope i2” is a specifically designed APP for the “W4239 Wi-Fi articulation videoscope” usages. It provides an instinctive user interface of convenient operations: LED light adjustment, snapshot, recording, and photo album linkage.
NOTE OS Support- iOS 10 above. Android 4 above.

Connection mobile to the main system

Step 1. Install the “Videoscope i2” APP from Android Google Play or Apple APP Store.

Step 2. Connect main system to mobile device:

NOTE The main console power-on and system boot process may take 10~20 seconds.
Generally, the tip LED turns on when the system boot is complete and ready for use.

Step 3. Launch the “Videoscope i2” APP

  • Recommend to turn off and charge the battery once the LOW BATTERY red lights up. Low battery and plugging the power adaptor might cause Wi-Fi connection malfunction

TROUBLESHOOTING

No. Trouble Condition Solution
1 Cannot find the W4239 device on the Wi-Fi network list. ●  Reboot the main

system console.

●  Restart the mobile Wi-Fi again.

●  Contact your local provider if it still cannot work.

2| The W4239 is already on the Wi-Fi network list but cannot link to it.| ● Restart the mobile Wi-Fi again.

●  Try to clean the Wi-Fi network setting temporary files:

Android-

(1) get to the ‘settings->Wi-Fi’

(2) Long tap the device SSID: W4239

(3) chose ‘clean’

The steps may vary for different mobile phones. Please refer to your original mobile phone instructions.

iOS-

settings > general > reset > reset networks

●  Contact your local provider if it still cannot work.
