OPERATION BEFORE USE

Charge as per charging instructions. Press Power Switch Button to initiate CO sensor operation, the CO sensor will operate continuously as long as the device has a charge, regardless of the light mode of operation.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Plug the USB cord into the charging pin and connect it to the power source for charging.
  2. The indicator light will pulse red and the sounder beeps when the battery power becomes low. The indicator will turn red while charging and turn green when fully charged.
  3. Remove the USB cord after charging.

Note: Before the first use, fully charge the Quell Emergency Tool. Full charge time is 3 hours. Once the Quell Emergency Tool is fully charged, the CO detector can stand by up to 6 months.

Using the Quell Emergency Tool

  1. Place the Quell Emergency Tool in a place that is easy to access in your vehicle

  2. Using the flashlight & warning light :
    Press the power button switch ( (!))
    l st press : Flashlight on at high brightness level
    2nd press : Flashlight on at normal brightness level
    3rd press : White work light on
    4th press : Red & white warning light on
    5th press : Off

  3. Emergency Hammer :
    To shatter the vehicle windows for emergency evacuation. Remove black rubber cover first.

  4. Safety Belt Cutter

  5. Magnefs: uell Emergency lool embedded with 4 magnefs in the hedd for easy affachment fo any metfal surface or on the roof of yOur vehicle.

  6. Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detector Alarm Tested to UL2034 Ihe alarm will be on with a beeper whenever fhe abnormal level (70ppm) of Carbon Monoxide is detected. To resef the alarm, please use a needle in the hole right above the power switch. (Point 10 above)

  7. Press once the test cycle starrs, 4 beeps and LED flashes, silence for a couple of seconds then 4 beeps and LED flashes, repeat cycle until the fest point is pressed again.
    Important note: The Carbon Monoxide (CO) Sensor has a life span of 2 years. It is recommended that this product is replaced every 2 years. Warning that this is not a toy and it should be kept away from children.
