HOW TO CONNECT
ECOFLOW SMART HOME PANEL 2 AND ECOFLOW DELTA PRO
Scenario 1: EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 connects with 2 EcoFlow DELTA Pro Up to 2 DELTA Pro can be connected In this scenario, DELTA Pro will undergo both charging and discharging.
Scenario 2: EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 connects with 1 EcoFlow DELTA Pro In this scenario, DELTA Pro will undergo charging, but not discharging.
Scenario 3: EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 connects with EcoFlow DELTA Pro and EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra In this scenario, DELTA Pro will undergo both charging and discharging.
FIRMWARE UPDATE
NOTICE
- You can only update the double voltage hub when Smart Home Panel 2 is in a state where the grid is supplying power to the home circuits.
To update the double voltage hub, follow these steps:
- Connect Smart Home Panel 2 and EcoFlow DELTA Pro.
- Power on EcoFlow DELTA Pro, and turn on the “power input/output port” (marked as AC1/AC2/AC3) on the battery connection box of the panel.
- In the EcoFlow app, navigate to the Smart Home Panel 2 page, tap > Firmware, and tap Update to update both Smart Home Panel 2 and the double voltage hub.

- Ensure that the product is connected securely with EcoFlow DELTA Pro (EFD500/EFD530).
- Do not plug or unplug with power on. Before connecting or disconnecting EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2, ensure the “power input/output port” (marked as AC1/AC2/AC3) on the battery connection box of the panel is turned off.
- It is strictly forbidden to allow this product to come into contact with any liquid. For the power outlet on the hub, you can only connect with EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2.
- For earthing connection, connect the hub to EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 using the EcoFlow Power Input/Output Cable (see scenario illustrations).
- If the shape of the plug does not fit the power outlet, use an attachment plug adaptor of the proper configuration for the power outlet.
- Adopt L1 + L2 + PE wires in a split phase scenario of AC output.
