Yes, the Clearinse Nasal Aspirator will work for adults as well as children. It is perfect for people who do not want to use (or cannot use) over-the- counter decongestant medications, but still need relief from colds or allergies.

Do you have FDA for this product?****

I’m not sure if its FDA approved. You can contact them on their website and ask or through Amazon.

How well does this clear congestion? I can’t stand the bulb and the battery operated thing I got.****

Amazingly well! It was designed by an emergency room doctor who knew it needed to be strong enough to get the job done but gentle enough for a baby.

Can you use standard saline solution ampules for this, or do you have to buy the ClearRinse branded ones?****

Yes. Save your money and buy a Nasal Frida which works a lot better than clear rinse nasal system. I returned mine because after using it I had to still use the nasal frida to completely clear my princess out!

How an adult can use this system?****

Throw it in the trash can is the best way to use this.

Can I use this on a newborn baby?****

This product didn’t very well for me – not enough suction and too awkward, but I believe you can use it on a newborn.

Can I take it to travel around the world with different voltage?****

You would need a step down transformer , you can buy in different countries to convert to 240 volt, they are available overseas at any electrical store. please purchase from balkowitsch on amazon.

How do you power on the device?****

The button on the back (curved side) is pushed when you want to activate the device. This is not an on and off button so don’t push it when it is not in position to be used or you will get wet. You only push the button once the device is in place to be used.

Hello Clearinse owners! Is this package include extra wash head? What’s include in the package?****

Yes it does. It includes the extra wash head, 10 saline bullets, the nasal aspirator and stand/wall plug While it is a great concept with our daughter it takes two people to use this and I still don’t feel like it gets more out than the nose freida or the bulb syringe from the hospital. She also hates it more than the others.

Can I use it without the salt cartridges?****
