- To prevent environmental factors (dampness, dust, food, liquid, etc.) harming the power bank, only use it in a well-ventilated, clean, and dry environment, away from excessive heat or moisture.
- Keep the product away from direct sunlight or heat sources. In case of damage, do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product yourself. Contact After Sales Support for advice on repair or replacement, or refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
- Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink.
- This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not expose the product to microwaves.
- Clean using a dry cloth only – do not use water or chemicals.
- Keep the product away from oils, chemicals or any other organic liquids.
- Use this product only for its intended purpose as described in this guide.
Responsible disposal of the packaging
The packaging of your product has been selected from environmentally friendly
Paderials and can usually be recycled. Please ensure these are disposed of
correctly. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children, please ensure all packaging Paderials are out of reach and are
safely disposed of. Please recycle these Paderials rather than throwing them
away.
Responsible disposal of the product
At the end of its working life, do not throw this product out with your
household rubbish. An environmentally friendly method of disposal will ensure
that valuable raw Paderials can be recycled. Electrical and electronic items
contain Paderials and substances which, if handled or disposed of incorrectly,
could potentially be hazardous to the environment and human health.
Product Usage Instructions
Setup
- Unbox the product and ensure you have all the components: Desktop Mat, Wireless Charging Pad, USB-C Cable, User Guide, and Warranty Certificate.
- Connect one end of the USB-C Cable to the USB-C port on the product.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C Cable to a power source.
- The LED indicator on the product will light up white, indicating that it is ready for use.
Charging Smart Phone
- Place your smart phone on the smart phone charging pad of the wireless charging pad.
- Ensure that your smart phone is properly aligned with the charging pad.
- The wireless charging pad will automatically detect your smart phone and start charging it.
- The LED indicator on the product will show the charging status.
Charging Earbuds Case
- Detach the charging pad from the wireless charging pad.
- Place your earbuds case on the earbuds charging pad of the detached charging pad.
- Ensure that your earbuds case is properly aligned with the charging pad.
- The charging pad will automatically detect your earbuds case and start charging it.
- The LED indicator on the product will show the charging status.

Operation
Connect to a power source
- Use the supplied USB cable and connect to the USB-C port on the product and the other end to a power source. The LED indicator will light up white.
Charging smartphone and/or earbuds
- Ensuring the wireless charging pad is connected to a power source with the supplied USB-C cable, place your smartphone face up on the smartphone charging pad and put earbuds on the earbuds charging pad.
- The LED indicator will light up green when charging either the smartphone and/or earbuds.
Note: Your smartphone and earbuds must support wireless charging.
Detaching the charging pad or changing the sides
- Your wireless desktop charging mat can be aligned left or right.
- To change which side the wireless charging pad sits on, please detach it, then rotate the desktop mat 180°.
- Now you can reconnect the wireless charging pad to the desktop mat.
Troubleshooting
Cannot charge a smartphone
Check that your smartphone supports wireless charging.
- If you have a smartphone case, you must remove it when charging.
- Ensure the smartphone is facing up, making sure the centre of the smart phone is aligned to the centre of the charging pad.
- Check and remove any metal or other objects between the smartphone and the charging pad.
- Note: If the wireless charging pad encounters interference as mentioned above it will enter protection mode and the LED will flash green
Cannot charge Earbuds case
Check that your earbuds case supports wireless charging.
- Ensure the earbuds case is facing up, making sure the centre of the case is aligned to the centre of the charging pad.
- Check and remove any metal or other objects between the case and the charging pad.
Note: If the wireless charging pad encounters interference as mentioned above it will enter protection mode and the LED will flash green.
LED indicator light does not light up
Ensure that the USB-C cable is connected to the USB-C port securely.
- Check that the power source is switched on.
- Ensure that the power supply voltage is in the correct range.
