Charging
Charging your device
- Press the power button to turn the power bank on.
- Connect the supplied USB-C cable or your devices cable to the relevant port and the other end to your device.
- If no devices are being charged, the power bank will turn off after 30 seconds
Charging your power bank
- Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the USB-C port of the power bank and the other end to your power source. The battery LED indicators will blink.
- The USB-C port can be used for both charging the power bank and device.
Wireless Charging
Press the power button to turn the power bank on. Place your smart phone facing up on the wireless charging pad. Once the phone is correctly aligned, one of the LED indicators will light up blue, and will light up green once fast charging is activated.
Note: your smart phone must support wireless charging. If your smart
phone does not charge, this indicates that the smart phone does not support
wireless charging and/or other objects are obstructing the wireless charging
pad.
Note: When charging your devices or charging your power bank, the fast
charging LED indicator will light up if fast charging is activated.

Troubleshooting
Cannot charge device|
- Make sure the USB cable is plugged into the output port; unplug the USB cable and try again.
- Try another USB cable and/or USB port.
- Some devices require higher outputs to charge. Please check with your devices spec to confirm compatibility.
- The power bank will turn off automatically when an minimum load (about 80mA) is not detected.
- The power bank has built-in temperature protection sensor. Keep the power bank away from heat, high temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Press and hold the power button for 10s to manually reset the power bank.

Wireless charging not working|
- Check that your smart phone supports wireless charging.
- If you have a smart phone case, you must remove.
- Ensure your smart phone is facing up and aligned to the centre of the wireless charging pad, and remove any metal or other objects between the smart phone and the wireless charging pad.
Cannot charge device whilst charging power bank|
- The power bank can not support the output whilst being charged.
- Please wait until the power bank is fully charged or unplug the USB-C cable at the input port.
No LED lights when charging device|
- Connect the power bank to your power source to ensure the power bank has sufficient battery.
- Press the battery status button to check battery status.
Capacity drops|
- It is normal for the capacity to slowly drop after a certain usage cycle.
