Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Wristband
To ensure proper functionality, charge the EzSOS Emergency Wristband before
initial use. Follow these steps:
- Locate the charging port on the side of the wristband.
- Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a power source, such as a computer or wall adapter.
- The LED indicator on the wristband will light up to indicate charging. It may take up to 2 hours for a full charge.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the USB cable from the wristband.
Powering On and Off
To power on the EzSOS Emergency Wristband, press and hold the power button
located on the side of the device until the LED indicator lights up. To power
off, press and hold the power button again until the LED indicator turns off.
Syncing with Mobile Device
The EzSOS Emergency Wristband can be synced with your mobile device for
enhanced functionality. Follow these steps:
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Download and install the EzSOS mobile app from your device’s app store.
- Open the EzSOS app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and pair the wristband.
- Once paired, you can access various features and settings through the mobile app.
Activating Emergency Alert
In case of an emergency, the EzSOS Emergency Wristband allows you to
activate an alert. Follow these steps:
- Press and hold the SOS button located on the front of the wristband for at least 3 seconds.
- The wristband will vibrate and emit a loud alarm sound to attract attention.
- Simultaneously, the mobile app will send an emergency notification to your pre-set contacts with your location information.

Instructions
- Press the bell key on the wristband, the phone will alarm, then you can find the phone
- Press the SOS button on the wristband, the phone will alarm first, send SOS message and call the SOS number, in order to ensure that the SOS procedure can be performed, make sure that the SOS menu is on and the SOS numbers are set.

- The range of the wristband to the phone depends on the surrounding (line of the land, thickness of walls, electromagnetic interference, etc.) and may be significantly limited.
- Because of radio interference, it can happen that the wristband will not work in the relevant time.
