Wearing method
Choose a pair of ear cup that fits your ears best firstly, then gently insert the earbuds into the ear and adjust the appropriate comfort.
Basic function
*Please remove the protective film of earbuds and charge the case fully for the first time usage.
Power on, connect via Bluetooth (Bluetooth mode)
—Follow the steps (please confirm that your phone is built-in Bluetooth
function) Power on:
Opening the lid of charging case, the earbuds will turn on automatically. The
earbuds enter the pairing mode automatically
Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select “HAVIT TW970” referring to your
phone instructions. The earbuds RGB indicator will change from flashing to
steady effects if the earbuds successfully paired. Pairing mode would just
last 3 minutes. If you miss the pairing time, you need to restart the device
and operate follow the procedural steps mentioned above.
*Note:
a). HAVIT TW970 remembers previously connected devices. When turned on,
earbuds attempts to reconnect to previously connected devices.
b). HAVIT TW970 will disconnect when deviate the working range of
Bluetooth. The earbuds will reconnect automatically if you come back to the
range in 3 minutes.
Power on, connect via Wireless Dongle (Wireless Dongle mode)
Power on:
Opening the lid of charging case, the earbuds will turn on automatically.
Then plug the wireless dongle into a USB-C port on your device, such as PC,
P55 console,or Nintendo Switch controller. The dongle LED indicator will turn
on steady white if works successfully.
The earbuds connect to the dongle automatically and the earbuds RGB indicator
will change to red&yellow when connect successfully.
With a USB-C to USB-A converter (not supplied), you can connect the wireless
dongle to a USB-A port on your device, such as PC or game controller.
Power off
Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid of case, they will
automatically shut off.
Answer incoming call (Bluetooth mode & Wireless Dongle mode)
Double press the left or right MFB button to answer incoming call.
End the call (Bluetooth mode & Wireless Dongle mode)
Double press the left or right MFB button to end the current call.
Decline incoming call (Bluetooth mode only)
Long press left or right MFB button for 2s to decline a call.
*Note: TW970 doesn’t support decline a call at Wireless Dongle mode.
One key for voice assistant (Bluetooth mode only)
Both earbuds work: Long press 2s the left or right MFB button to activate
voice assistant. Single earbud work: Long press 2s the MFB button of working
earbud to activate voice assistant.
Mute/ Unmute the earbuds (Wireless Dongle mode only)
During playing in wireless dongle connection, hold the MFB button on either
earbud for 3 seconds to mute or unmute the microphone. The earbuds will exit
the mute mode after reboot.
Music playing (Bluetooth mode & Wireless Dongle mode)
- Play/Pause: Double press the left or right MFB button.
- Previous song: Triple press the left MFB button.
- Next song: Triple press the right MFB button.
*Note: If only one earbud works, triple press left or right MFB button to switch to next song.
Charge the case
Charge the case using the USB-C cable connected to a computer or wall charger.
When the case is charging, the case RGB indicator turn steady blue, and it
turns off when the charging case is fully charged or when the power is cut
off.
Charge the earbuds
The earbuds make a warning tone to warn low power. Please put the earbuds to
the case to charge
Mono mode (take out any earbuds as a unilateral Bluetooth earbud) (note: single channel mode only needs to remove one of earbuds from the charging box; If two earbuds are removed before connection, the earbud will be used in TWS mode by default, and the TWS connection will be automatically realized.)
- Take out one earbud from charge case, the earbuds automatically turn on and reconnect to previous connected devices;
- Switch from one earbud to the other earbud when playing music, taking out the other earbud from the charging case and these two earbuds will connected automatically. Both earbuds will play music automatically and then put the earbud which do not need anymore into the charging case and the switching process completes; (note:Call mode is applicable)
- Please refer to the TWS mode for more functions.
Dongle Storage
Get the earbuds out of the case first, and then get the dongle from the inner
front lid of the case.
Switch the RGB effects of case
Open the lid of the case and short press the reset button to change the RGB
effects. There are 9 styles of RGB indicator.
Dual device connection
This function allows you to answer a call when playing game quickly and
easily.
Ensure that your earbuds are connected to your mobile phone through Bluetooth
and to your PC/P55 console/Nintendo Switch controller through wireless dongle
at the same time. When you are playing games on your PC/P55 console/Nintendo
Switch controller with the earbuds.If there is an incoming call to your mobile
phone, the game audio will be interrupted by the ring tone. You can double
press the MFB button on either earbud to answer / hang up the call. When the
call end, the game audio will recover.
Factory Reset
If the earbuds can’t pair frequently, please reset your earbuds.Put both of
the earbuds into charging case and close the cover. Open the case again, press
the reset button for 3 seconds within 3 minutes, the earbuds RGB indicator
will flash alternately for 3 seconds. Then the earbuds will enter the pairing
mode again, search the “HAVIT TW970” bluetooth pairing name with the mobile
phone and connect again.

Warnings

- Please keep the earbuds from heat source, such as radiators, hot air regulators, stoves, or other heat generating instruments. As it is not anti high temperature.
- Don’t jam the ports of the earbuds, such as charger port, LED port and microphone etc..
- In order to protect your hearing and extend the speaker service life, it is not recommended to adjust the volume to the maximum level for a long time.
- Whatever reasons damage the earbuds, please feel free to contact our after-sales staff in time rather than repair by yourself. Otherwise, you will accept without after-sales service.
