Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Update Operating System

• Before setting up VeriMarkTM IT, ensure that your operating system (Windows 10) is up to date.

Step 2: Update Browser

• If you plan to use an online service for WebAuthn, make sure you are using the latest version of your preferred browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).

Step 3: VeriMarkTM IT Microsoft Entra ID Setup

1. Select the Sign in icon to login to your Microsoft account.
2. Enter your email address and password, then click Next.
3. Select the Go to the portal icon.
4. Click your account icon on the top right corner, then click My Microsoft account.
5. Select the Security icon.
6. Click the More security options icon.
7. Select the Set up Windows Hello item.
8. Insert your fingerprint device into your PC and select the Next button.
9. Touch your security key with your enrolled finger.
10. Setup the name of your fingerprint device, then click Next.
11. The fingerprint device setup has completed, click the Got it button.

Step 4: Remove Security Key from Your Account

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
2. Select the Security icon.
3. Click the More security options icon.
4. Click the Manage your sign-in methods item.
5. Select the Remove button.
6. Select the Remove button again to confirm.

1. Select Sign in icon to login your account
2. Key in your email address and password then click Next
3. Select Go to the portal icon

5. Select Security icon
6. Click More security options icon
