Product Usage Instructions
Warning
All repairs, adjustments, and maintenance not described in the Operator’s
Manual must be performed by qualified service personnel.
Step 1: Throttle Assembly
- Attach the throttle cable (Part No. 545044301) to the throttle housing (Part No. 545012902).
- Secure the throttle housing onto the right-hand side of the product using the provided screws (Part No. 530016406).
Step 2: Trigger Assembly
- Attach the wire spring (Part No. 530015814) to the trigger (Part No. 530054183).
- Connect the trigger to the throttle lockout (Part No. 545067201).
Step 3: Switch Housing Assembly
- Attach the lockout kit switch housing (Part No. 545013001) to the throttle assembly.
- Install the left-hand throttle (Part No. 545013101) onto the handle assembly (Part No. 545015201).
Step 4 : Upper Shaft Assembly
- Secure the upper shaft bolt kit (Part No. 530069572) onto the upper shaft, including the flex, clamp, and Part No. 16.
Step 5: Knob and Screw Installation
- Install the knob and screw kit (Part No. 545013201) onto the product.
Step 6: Lower Shaft Assembly
- Attach the lower shaft kit (Part No. 530058583) to the product.
Step 7: Shield Assembly
- Use the wrench nut kit (Part No. 530016152) to secure the shield assembly (Part No. 530015786), including Parts No. 18,19,21,22,23.
Step 8: Line Screw Bolt Installation
- Attach the line screw bolt (Part No. 575260801) to the dustcup assembly (Part No. 575291801), including Parts No. 26,27,28,29,30,31.
Step 9 : Housing Adapter Spring Installation
- Install the housing adapter spring P25 (Part No. 575291801) onto the product.
